Every single time that I see the video of the little boy whose dad left him... And then the camera shows the drunk dad acting so aloof, it makes my blood boil.
That's not what happened. I've seen that one before. And this is why the father wasn't home when the former officer brought the boy back home.

I met heroes today! I'm always such a wreck when in any medical facility (mental health related; it sucks) and I had to go to the ER. Literally EVERYONE I came across went out of their way to help me and the ultrasound tech talked me through the entire procedure. When I asked questions, she answered, no matter how silly the question was. Before that, she talked about literally any-and-everything in a calm and even playful at times manner. She apologized every time I cringed in pain and even made sure to get not just me a couple warm blankets, but got them for my sister, too, who came with me. That's someone I'll never forget. There was an older male patient, too, and when he saw my sister struggling to get me through a doorway (I was in a wheelchair), he jumped up and asked if he could hold the door for us. Animals can be quite scared by the humans approaching too quickly. They're already panicked and possibly in pain, a possible threat running at them is not going to make them feel any safer. I know the urge is strong to rush to help injured to trapped animals, but sometimes going slowly actually makes the process of recusing them easier and safer.
I agree, however sometimes speed is of the essence. The woman on the bridge did not have the luxury of taking it slow- for example- as the dog could have fallen or jumped trying to avoid her approach if she didn't grab them quickly.

The parachuting clip isn’t a mishap clip. This is actually just a normal training jump of an instructor with the student teaching them awareness and hand to rip cord.
That snow save is always nuts!
The music was a bit much. Half expected a scene from Braveheart. Some good vids though, some nahh.
the non reaction to sirens is a unimaginable scenario where i live - XD its like an alternate universe to see this
I remember when I was little I got to sit in the cockpit of a delta plane it was probably one of the best moments of my life
I saved 3 people from a burning car in Thailand. Look like Freddy Kruger. On my arms & neck. Would i do it again? Hell yes. People help eachother man. Thats what life is all about.
The mat one was a bit dramatic. The coach gave at least two of the kids rope burns.
12:18 I cried a lil watching this😢
Cool video. To keep up with the trend in this comment section: I'm from Suriname - South America.
Don't get me wrong, these are great acts by great people. I just feel that it is a bit sad that these are the exceptions now days. The exceptions should be those who don't help the next man. I hope videos like these make other people to take that step and not only mind their business, but others who might need help but don't ask for it.
The river one...meanwhile..other people just casually taking a raft ride 😅
Kid jumps over a king cobra … THEN PUTS UP HIS FISTS AND GOES IN!!!
3:42 now that filtering/ lane splitting with style
Forklift driver is lucky. You should remain seated if your equipment rolls over. The frame will protect you.

10:10 is such a beautiful moment.
This is heart warming.
8:37 Why are the steps cleared but not the ramp??? Here , we do ramps first because of wheel chairs and people with mobility issues, but also for stretchers used by ambulance to cart off people.
7:08 "A somewhat tense moment when a parachute didn't open. Fortunately this guy _was nearby"_
Not, "fortunately this guy _was also skydiving."_ Nah, he just, "happened to be in the area."
yeah, also there isn't malfunctioning anything. that's an instructor with a sky diving student and it's completely normal to do those "test pulls" - the parachute opens completely fine
Animals in distress pull my heart strings. People, not so much.
The six year old boy was actually abandoned by his father
11:32 That works nicely in Usa where there are cops around every corner. But imagine taking down a criminal here in Finland and keep him down for an hour waiting for a police lol.
9:20 The commentator failed to mention that this dog was rescued whilst the rescuers were being shot at by Russian artillery
First❤
Plizz pin before viral😊
@2:39 why make up a BS story? Now I can't believe anything you say. This lad was left in the middle by his dad and was not warried away from the shore. Even when he was returned, his dad was upset because he left his son to find his own way back as a lesson on being tough.
Please don’t out yourself in harms way for a shoplifter. All of that merchandise is insured.
The "coach" who created an unsafe drill for the children. Speaking as a 20 yr teacher of child martial artists.
