Hey! I have hired an esthetician when they were still in school! So, yes it is possible to get hired without any experience. You can do so many things as an esthetician, the secret is to find out what excites you the most in the industry and become the best at it. There is microbladding, lash extensions, skincare, product specialist, product representative for a skincare line, makeup artist, becoming a manager to a spa SO many things :) I am excited for you, you will love this industry so many different ways you can use your licenses.

I have a dermatologist office interview to be their esthetician. I just graduated 3 weeks ago and had a horrible experience with barely learning anything. I’m just afraid what they may ask. I had zero experience with extractions and chemical peels. I also don’t know how to answer why I prefer an office environment over a salon. Do you have any advice?
@@chulcat they offered me the job however they were rude, and made me feel uncomfortable. and want me to sign a no compete contract so if I decide in 6 months I want to open my own business I will either be sued or will have to move to open my own business with a clientele from a different town.. so it’s a no for me
