As someone who's been directly affected by this, it's left me feeling pretty bummed out... but at least we have archives of the mods so they aren't entirely lost.

Hello there! Sadly, in this video you've presented facts where you are, i'm afraid, straight up misinformed.
Of course, label me as the Nintendo Fanboy you've did throughout the video already, rendering all my problems with your content null and void. I'm used to it, really. I want to preface that, of course, i didnt want to see the fact that Nintendo is putting down the GMod Content, but after gmod videos are still racking Millions of Views - and are probably the opposite of the image Nintendo wants to convey - it's understandable why they've pulled this decision. Heck, Even in the Announcement it was mentioned that this move was "fair enough" from the Gmod devteam.
The two examples you start with are Dolphin and Pokémon Music. Dunno who needs to tell you this but... Dolphin still exists, buddy. Actively being developed on. What Nintendo "did with Dolphin" was saying "no" if its ok to put it on Steam when approached by Valve. RetroArch is still on there by the way! The other is Pokémon Music which is something to, indeed, criticize, but you're also misinformed on this aswell. Gladly, you're issuing this again later on, so i'll issue that again later on aswell. But spoilers: Pokémon Music is the example that wont work here. Literally every franchise you'd have a point.
Next up is stating that "Nintendo Games have been on the downfall" lately. Huh. It's particularly interesting you did not name examples on this and the only two franchises being mentioned are Zelda and Pokémon. It occurs to me that you have, indeed, not played any other games, but let me be clear on this: 2023, Nintendo put out really, really good games. Every other publisher would be jealous of putting Tears of the Kingdom, Mario Wonder and Pikmin 4 out all within one year. Aside from being 2023, they released probably the best Kirby Game within the Switches Lifespan. Metroid Dread, a critical darling where everyone who's played it agreed on that this is, indeed, an extremely good game. Xenoblade Chronicles 3 where i do not know how they released that on my Nintendo Toaster System. Calling their games "on the decline" is an understatement you could make when you pick out the few bad ones, but even then, you couldnt even give us examples.
For whatever reason, you state Palworld next? Nintendo has issued one statement when specifically asked about it which was that they'll intend to go after those that infringe their copyright. Thats it. Pokémon Company, which is a different instance, stated something similar as they've been asked this frequently via Mail. They did not even mention their name. I wont open the can of worms the game itself has, that's not our point here.
For now, you've stated that Nintendo shoots you in the foot for using a 400 polygon charizard in your video. After the misinformation presented so far, i'd do the same, honestly. You arent the Hero neither in this scenario. Next is of course my beloved Nintendo Fanboy point where you claim that i'd need to pull very far out of my body part (pretty sure TH-cam would put my comment on hold mentioning it). Buddy, i'm giving you a spoiler: This string of comment is not long because i'm pulling out of my ass. It's long because its super easy to debunk most of your misinformation with several examples. But go off, buddy! I've seen the "Rise and Fall" too! That fall was on the WiiU! That thing was awful! Which immedietly disproves your next point because people do not eat out of their Hand, as seen on the WiiU! They eat that shit because it's just good games.

Crazy that your next point is "the Zelda Team being their own seperate Studio" while the only actual examples you bring out for bad games is... Pokémon. This is so funny you cant imagine. One of the Studios is sitting directly within Nintendo Headquarters while the other... isnt. As a spoiler, it's quite easy to google "Game Freak Studios Address". I, again, do not know what you are on. The only one pulling from large is you so far to tell me that they've "hired this game studio". This is straightup misinformation, yet again.
Up next is nostalgia, including the WiiU. It flopped. I've elaborated why.
The Gmod pack licensed from Nintendo is the first thing that actually has some ground to it in your video. I dont think they really need to do that, nor do i think they "lock you out of experiencing their content", as Nintendo usually starts taking action when things are about to go mainstream. After seeing one Video from SMG4, it's honestly really easy why they do not like this being a part of the public perception. But I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that this has some merrit to it, although I disagree.
Aaaand finally, we got the Pokémon OST again. With the very elaborate example of your GBA being "the only way" to enjoy it, pulling out Pokémon Leaf Green.
You could do this with literally any other franchise, be it Mario or Zelda. it's a real bummer you cannot listen to those. But on Pokémon, your example is straightup not true. For the last few Pokémon Days, The Pokémon Company (which is not Nintendo by the way lmao) has released their entire OST from their Games on TH-cam. It's not all there yet, but they do upload it. Gladly, i'll give you the video ID for the entire Soundtrack from Pokémon LeafGreen, uploaded officially with a license from its copyright holder, on here. This is not to say you cant criticize Nintendo for taking down other soundtracks without providing it on their own: This is an appeal to you to get your facts straight. The Video ID is found in my last comment because idk if TH-cam will block that, too.
I'm not saying you cant criticize Nintendo because bloody yes, you can. The Takedown of the eShop was unwarranted. The Nintendo Creator Program during the WiiU era is one of the worst legal contracts i've ever seen. Guidelines with Community Tournaments are awful, i'm telling you this as someone who partly organizes tournaments himself.
But if you aim for your Videos to be actually constructive wake up calls to Nintendo, they have to be that. If they're uninformed like this, of course they'll laugh it off. And as long discourse stays like this, they'll keep laughing it off and you're directly contributing to it. Unless of course, you're only in it for the clicks.
