The theory is that people are either left-brained or right-brained, meaning that one side of their brain is dominant. If you’re mostly analytical and methodical in your thinking, the theory says that you’re left-brained. If you tend to be more creative or artistic, you’re right-brained.
But you can balance them and make them work equally by practicing few finger movements

I would have seen 3000 videos over a period of 10 years over focussing in the present. Many guru videos felt that this is what I need. But as soon as I left the video and tried implementing it, it just became ineffective in few seconds, didn't last even a minute. This one video is finally the one that I always needed. It I don't focus i fail instantly, immediate feedback.Without focus it can't be done. Best thing rhat hs happened to me in several years is getting this video. Thanks a lot.

I love your channel I just found it I am a believer for long time of acupuncture and acupressure mudra more recently I have a lot a health issues most of them could be corrected but I need a guide looking through most of your videos even I’ve seen some can help me a lot some or my symptoms are not there, I haven’t seen anything related to adrenals and high or low cortisol, not to much about long COVID symptoms and how I can addressed better my life has changed after that and not for the better also I was looking for legs circulation and peripheral neuropathy my pain are bad this is more urgent because my other symptoms you have it in your channel I really hope you help me or direct to another way, I am alone with all this nobody knows anything and nobody cares at least that’s what happened to me until now thank you so much for helping get better
