Lil' Guardsman is really nice. Glad I bought this game, cosy and funny!

All RadCodex games were so good. Its arguably one of the best in terms of combat mechanics, leveling system, crafting, lore, world building and artstyle for a turn based tactics. Although a bit simplified still manage to bring complexity in combat with the class, passive, ability emblem/slot and varieties of interesting enemies/bosses. The dialogue was also well made and feels immersive. One of the most satisfying turn based tactics game I've enjoyed playing and min maxing. I hope his work will get more recognition so he can make more gems like this

Turnip Boy - Robs A Bank - From Tax-Evasion to Robbing Banks and possibly creating a Narcotics Underworld Empire next. Seems like what started as an innocent protest against government despotism has gone full crime wave?! Twin-stick shooting looks good in this second outing.
Kingsvein - Turn Based pixel art tactical combat looks awesome with a party of adventurers to manage.
Angel At Dusk - is fairly amazing art but does depend if you are deep into shooters.

Wishlisted #2. Looks interesting and I'm growing more into the style of gameplay seen in modern detective games. Thanks!

I really enjoyed No Case Should Remain Unsolved. It's kind of like a Her Story or Immortality, but text based (which honestly I find easier to manage in these sorts of games). I will definitely be checking out the dev's back catalog.

I'm starting to see more and more games resembling Marble Madness, it's so great.

Archaelund: In 1992 "Realms of Arkania 1 - Blade of Destiny" (DSA: Schicksalklinge) released and had the same mix of 1st Person Exploration and top down turn-based combat.

Into the necrovale was very basic and not for me. However, i will state they have a lot of content to go through on it. Didnt feel like it added a whole lot to the gameplay but it definitely has playtime for the money.

Is there a discord group for indie game fans?

I certainly love your channel, but please tell me why the games are constantly repeated? I don’t miss a single one of your videos, but in each one I see trailers for games that I’ve already seen several times in your other videos; there are very few new trailers. Are there really no other projects that are good? After all, in addition to these games, many other new indie games are coming out

Do people like this game these days? I've seen a lot of indie games, but popular game genres have become oversaturated. Why do indie game developers make so many trendy action games, adventures, RPGs, and roguelikes? Because you don’t know how to show your creativity?

Something I’ve noticed with your reviews, you seem to like a lot of terrible looking games and sound as if you have little faith in the games that actually look good. The first game looked 100 times better than the second but you talked little about the first and a lot about the second. The first has little to offer, you basically said. No offense, just my 2 cents. Thanks for posting

As somebody who played the first game and no other game in this list its a fun game but repetiton gets in fast in it and its by design not a lot to say about it. What you see is what you get.

I didn't sense that. If anything, he always shows little faith with games that copy other games. Like survivor clones or slay the spire clones etc. He also admits to loving metroidvanias and retro pixel art. I like presenters who show abit of themselves. Makes it fun and informal

As someone who also play a lot of games and watched a lot of reviews, most good looking games really just shows off with graphics and not enough gameplay or content to really talk about, while some underwhelming looking games offer more and are fun to play with specially with indie games. That’s probably the reason why you notice that, other games are just more exciting to talk about and needs more context to encourage players to try it.

@johnstevenalejandro3034 this! Chronicon is a good example, the graphics are okayish at best, but the gameplay is so satisfying

From my experience with this channel, he seems to talk about a game for as long as he has footage.
