    came for the workout, stayed for Kit's amazing energy, commentary and just general focus -- love that it's a workout video without a bunch of chat like "get that summer body, melt those thighs" ... there are seriousunderstones of self love, acceptance and desire to improve --- it's that quality that makes me keep coming back.     One of my fave workouts. Have done this on a consistent basis and I feel super toned. Goes to show that you don't need to a crazy workout to see results.

    A- MAZ-ING! What a switch from the bouncy bouncy typical HIIT routines out there. I am SO sweaty and I feel so strong and stretched all at the same time! It’s definitely “double trouble” and you kept it super interesting the whole way through. I did need a bit more of a stretch after but that is my tight body telling me to embrace those muscles that just worked in different ways so thanks for that also!

    I've been doing your full body workouts for 2 moths now as my only workout routine and it's been awesome, I've always hated gyms and am not a very sporty person and I've tried many different trainers videos and they have worked but they never mad me want to workout like you do, you're inspiring and motivating and loving and it shows in all your routines.
    I like all your videos and they are all great but this one was a whole nother animal all together and I surprisingly liked it.
    Keep giving us incredible, weird, sweaty, empowering vids like this Kit.

    Such an amazing workout. This is the first time since I started working out consistently about a year now that I had fallen sick and I could not work out for three consecutive days and I came back to this workout! I had to do the modified version for many of the moves and I thought I would feel bad that I could not do more. But your words of constant encouragement made me feel otherwise. You are a blessing! I always come back to your workouts when I want to feel good while working out. Plus your workouts are killer

    that was a killer! I always have trouble with my shoulders and lowering them down my back. In general, my posture is terrible from sitting in front of the computer all day for work, and it sometimes results in neck ache which turns into a headache. Can you post something with a focus on the upper back, maybe an exercise I can do throughout the day to relax the shoulders so they are not up by my ears? I really appreciate your focus on posture and proper form but my shoulders just refuse to stay down.
    I would also like to thank you for creating these videos - the motivation and they way you speak about exercising really resonates and I appreciate it a lot.
