Toshiro Mifune, the only man ever who can look badass wearing flip-flops and socks.

It would have been an actually interesting addition, if Kurosawa had remaked "The Good, The Bad and Ugly", after Leone remaked his "Yojimbo".
Funnily, Kurosawa once joked that he made more money from suing Leone over Fistfull of Dollars than he ever made from Yojimbo.
Unlike real life, here the good guys win. Great movie both of them.

True. Having said that Kurosawa was hugely influenced by the Westerns of Howard Hawks and John Ford. There's a fascinating cultural give and take in all these movies.
