Hey Clint and Toby. Can you create this agreement where seller is Party A contributing their property and Party as is managing and contributing rehab to sellers property? With protections for both parties? I’ve had sellers ask Can we pretty much jv on the sale on their home where I do the rehab and listing. Similar to a land development joint venture with a land owner. Please help.

I believe the JV operating agreement may be a separate document, this is a JV agreement for real-estate > But i am not 100%
