For haze at my church, our 5min countdown in ProPre7 triggers a sequence in Lightkey that turns our haze on and off throughout the service. I think using your idea of the dimmer curve will help get our haze cues from 80% where I want it to 100%
Do you have any tips/videos on lighting for churches that set up and takedown every Sunday? We are a small church that rents a space for Sundays and we’re looking into lighting, but we can’t have anything permanent. Thanks!
Utilize trusses or pole style for mounting. Leave them mounted and get pars that are small profile for stage lighting, with zoom function if possible. Trusses are just a great option for setup and tear down in my opinion
Ratchet crank pole mounts and trusses. Our church did that for about 3 years, and it was a great option. We still had to put up pars on clamps, but we were in a school auditorium, so we had our key lights every week, and only had to set up enhancing lights.
This is so cool, I’ve been doing the exact same thing since my church started using Lightkey. Thanks for video! Learned some new things to implement with my set up
I'm curious to learn more about setting up lightkey with the streamdeck. I've reached the end of the internet searching. I'm guessing you are just controlling propresenter macros with the streamdeck that select the midi buttons in Lightkey. This preset organization strategy addresses many issues we were trying to resolve. We will start implementing this this very week. Thanks

Literally looking for this right now. Would be a huge help! New church plant here, looking for that same thing.

I was in a church, using a movie theater and they had some light from us installed and light effects will be installed every Sunday

Glad to watch this first👌

We’ve used the Midi plugin on the streamdeck plugin store to send midi note on/off commands to lightkey.
We’ve got a lesson and template on stream deck setup in the lighting course too
Nice video. What guy helped set up that lightkey template? Seems like a pretty cool dude. Good looking too
