When I spar women in boxing I hold back I can’t even lie, I show them when I could hit them, men and women definitely fight different, my trainer told me to stop holding back cause it will only hurt me in the end.

The video example of “coach sparring against boys” is actually a pretty bad example. The coach in that situation was actually a pro fighter doing a seminar. The guy in the black hood was a student who started going full force trying to show off. The pro fighter started going light, but had to go harder to tell the other guy to knock it off. It’s a very good example of how not to spar if you have a guest.

Not really. Guys know their strength differences which is why they go harder on men versus when they spar vvomen. Men should simply be sparring with men but I get why they spar with vvomen and take it easy on them. It’s both dating potential and it helps with their business and social media to spar with girls. From a pragmatic perspective however there is no reason for men to spar with vvomen.

Not nicer, not meaner, just different. On a side note, if you know your athletes, you know which ones you can push to their limit and which ones you can't. Each is an individual.

It's better when it's a completely untrained guy off the street. The pro fighter girl is doing a great job just nothing seriously hurts him. He is just walking into her and getting punched in the face. He's like the terminator. She dodges all his sloppy punches and weak kicks, but when he connects its the hardest she's ever been hit. He has no self confidence and it shows. He's sweating and breathing hard but slowly he's getting the hang of it. She is gassing out and hurting. She's upset and crys when he ends up winning. She thinks to herself how she should have won her technique was flawless. It's always so close when she spars with her male teammates. She doesn't realize they are always, always holding back.

It's better when it's a completely untrained guy off the street. The pro fighter girl is doing a great job just nothing seriously hurts him. He is just walking into her and getting punched in the face. He's like the terminator. She dodges all his sloppy punches and weak kicks, but when he connects its the hardest she's ever been hit. He has no self confidence and it shows. He's sweating and breathing hard but slowly he's getting the hang of it. She is gassing out and hurting. She's upset and crys when he ends up winning. She thinks to herself how she should have won her technique was flawless. It's always so close when she spars with her male teammates. She doesn't realize they are always, always holding back.
