      @@wowwow6871 without seeing how you move etc... I can't tell you nothing you can't find online 🤣
      Except this maybe this:
      When you're getting your ass handed to you during sparring. Actively think about what went wrong and why. Every time when grappling during practice ask yourself how the hell you got into "this" position. You'd be surprised how much you're body understands kinesthetically.
      Don't be scared to make mistakes, in fact it's better if you try and make a fool of yourself so those mistakes become apparent and can be corrected.
      Ohh get a good mouthguard. No need to get a custom one, but do not get stock thing.
      No ego during sparring!!! Try to avoid people who spar with allot of ego .. nothing good comes from it... I'm saying this as someone who lives in the Netherlands 🤣🤣🤣 (The Dutch are kinda famous for VERY HEAVY SPARRING, but what people don't see is that usually the better fighter is sticking to the limit of the lesser fighter. If you look at videos it looks worse than it is... however you need a sparring partner you can trust for this.... wow tangent)
      After having said that, don't be afraid of sparring you learn SO MUCH during sparring.
      Don't give up, it's hard but very worth it!!!
      Physically, mentally and emotionally it can be incredibly taxing at times. But when you come out the it's all totally worth it! Learn to Embrace the suck.

Every gym i've been to has 1-2 people who go easy in light sparring and all the others try to take your head off. Makes for a bad learning environment and makes beginners quit and hesitant to spar.

    Dude has improved leaps and bounds technique wise. Much improved speed and power (endurance too I’m betting). The man has a good instructor.

      I am training muay thai for nearly 2 years. My sparring improved, technique and power. However my hips are still tight and that makes me less flexible and it's harder to balance. Still saw a lot of improvement but it's an up and down journey😅

    • @jad563
      @jad563 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jfm7072 I feel you I have a tight left hip, so I've neem doing splits/butterfly stretches and other hip flexor stretches. I'm noticing a lot more progression though! Ups and downs but its a great journey

    Way to go, man! That 18 month video shows how much more violent his snap is. His kick went from totally uncertain to knowing what he is doing and where it's going before long before he starts throwing it.
    His combinations looked clean as hell at that point, too. Bad ass! 👊
