    I made the first one this size, for my friend’s Crocheting…it is perfect! I’ve since made some that are 5 squares wide by 3 squares tall for totes. Everyone loves them!

    My nephew is having a baby this year. I think using kiddie charms this could make a fantastic diaper bag. Maybe putting some pockets inside on the lining too. Thanks for a great tutorial!

    Love this bag. Thank you. I have 2 tip suggestions; #1, instead of using squares on the bottom I cut one dark piece of fabric. If you are setting the bag on the floor, it’s going to get dirty and you don’t want to use light or waste a pretty fabric no one will ever see.
    #2, do not throw out your old warn out cutting mats, Save and cut them to fit bottoms in bags. Happy sewing 🥰

    I will make this bag! I’ll probably use a interfacing that will firm up the sides. Maybe making dividers to use in car. Great instructions! Thank you.

    Thank you for another great tutorial. As always you break it down into simple stages clearly explained. What I also like is the versatility of your design as you can make smaller bags or even larger bags just by reducing or increasing the size and number of squares used. As always, thank you so much for sharing.

    Lovely bag and demo. I've got my eye on your cutting mat/ironing pad combo. I've got that one also. How did you recover it??? So tired of the boring black on mine. Thanks for all your time and energy for our benefit.

      I often use a notebook to jot down the sizes when explained plus you can replaying a slower speed via settings.

    Is there a reason you don’t cut out the lining in one piece using the bag body as a pattern?

  • @AnitaSouthall
    @AnitaSouthall 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Although I understand the project as a bag maker I feel you could do more steps on the sewing machine and not be in such a rush to finish a video for the benefit of less experienced sewers. It's an observation not a criticism because I enjoy the channel content. BEYONDAWESOMEDESIGNS
