I don’t understand why people feel the need to critique videos. There are hundreds if not more videos on this subject. Did it ever occur to you that this person made have a speech impediment or maybe doesn’t speak English? If you don’t like, find another one.
I also don’t speak in my videos simply because I can’t stand the sound of my recorded voice.
I love videos where you just watch no speaking is a relief as noise is difficult for me
I agree with you and by not speaking, the author of the video widens their audience to people who speak different languages.
Each step is demonstrated clearly so no need to talk. I love this style video too.😊

Finally somebody who does it the way I do it! I also do my fusibles this way, I lay the fabric on the fusible fleece (or interfacing) iron it, and THEN cut it out. Also, for the opening in the lining for turning the piece out, I always do it on the side rather than the bottom like most other people do. I think it is less obvious that way.

I like this design with the denim on the bottom of the bag. Denim can withstand being at the base of the purse where the patchwork would be destroyed.
I learned a new zipper technique here! 😊
I also liked quilting the pieces as one unit. Very nice.❤

Great video and the colors are great. My only wish is that you talked during the video instead of listening to music and put the measurements in inches. I don't 'get' the metric system.
Try looking up the equivalent?It may seem daunting but much of the world uses metric and the conversion is easy

Use a ruler marked in both inches and centimeters.
Do not worry about metrics..people will convert
There are 30cm to a foot,-12", 15cm to 6"' 10cm to 4", 5 cm to 2", 4:30 and 2.5cm to an inch. So for 28cm it's almost 11", and 31cm is just over 12" hope this helps everyone. I only just learn this method and I am 69, so I am very old school in my thinking, but I wanted to learn, I needed to learn ...
