Solo Picking at Terry's Rolling Estate Sale: PortlandPandemonium.com

Sometimes people ask me where I find all the Odd-Ball and Quirky things for my Portland Pandemonium vintage shop. Well, many different ways and places of course, but some are more special than others. Recently I have been finding everything I could possibly want to keep me busy after a chance meeting with my new-to-me neighbor Terry who I recently made friends with (we have a lot in common, especially with careers and work in general).
He's downsizing piece by piece the hard way and visiting his environs is like being at a 1:1 estate sale. His philosophy is that I am doing him a favor by buying a bunch of stuff in bulk each time I visit, (or a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush).
He calls me occasionally to let me know he has "more stuff" out... So, I make my way up Bald Peak and have a pleasant social visit while picking my way around his foyer which is always replenished and stuffed with all kinds of interesting odd-ball and quirky stuff. Apparently there is no end to it!
I fill up cardboard boxes with my desires and fancies and when I feel sated I just wave my hand across the boxes and he'd does the same while dropping a most reasonable number on it all; I write a check and he says "thanks, now there is less for me to deal with."
As I said, he's downsizing piece by piece and I'm getting the cream of the crop without someone digging their elbow into me. Win-Win!
