    Sourdough Crackers
    Prep time 5 minutes
    cook 15 minutes until golden brown
    INGREDIENTS
    1 cup sourdough starter
    3/4 cup All-purpose flour or 1 cup all-purpose einkorn flour
    1/4 cup butter (I kept a little out to brush on top)
    1 tablespoon dried herbs (I used parsley, basil, thyme, and oregano)
    1 teaspoon salt
    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Preheat oven to 350°f.
    2. Mix ingredients and knead the dough just until it comes together.
    3. Divide dough in half. Put one piece between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll out as thin as possible. Repeat for second piece.
    4. Remove the top piece of parchment paper and brush with butter and sprinkle with more salt (optional)
    5. Place the rolled out cracker dough and 1 piece of parchment paper onto a baking sheet.
    6. Bake for 15 minutes or until crispy.
    7. Cute with knife or break apart and store in air-tight container.
    NOTES
    Roll between greased sheets of parchment paper.
    The key is to get them really thin or you will end up with something more like a tortillas than a cracker.
