OK so for motivation I started from Infosys Java Backend with 3Lpa now in 4 years 18.5LPA 3 switches I made, Just be prepare when you want more money and face interview, and still I think I am underpaid

Companies lay every programmer after 40 years because they find intermediate programmer at low cost so IT's worst carrier a person can have.
