During the picth they retailed at £1,495 now $1,795. Better margin already. Plus website features buy now pay later options. Cool
I could see these in every school, gym, after school programs & so much more
Barbara: “oh he does suck” for that reason I’m out lol
5:35 I like how Mark had to add "I can shoot" XD
Nice, I'm glad he got a deal. I think over time the cost to produce will drop a lot. This is def something that under served (because lazy politicians) schools can afford and allow kids to train with as well. Aloha to Grind!
When I was watching this it was crazy to hear the sharks think the $1500 for it was expensive when they’re worth millions if not billions i’m not worth much just a middle-class guy and I spent over 2000 on my daughters pitching machine don’t get me started on her bats and other gear. Most parents spend whatever on their kids sports . 1500 is really cheap
I saw this machine in every NBA practice games
Very genious!
Wow what happened to Mark Cuban, I didn't recognize him, he went from looking like 38 to 78 in a few years... 😳
Botox ma mannn
Some of these clips are like a decade apart
Shit I wouldve said yes to 50% too. With Mark on his side he can scale this into a multi million dollar business in a much shorter time than if he did it without his help. He still couldve done it but who knows how long it wouldve took. But thats only with Mark, no other shark. The fact that he got TWO of them for 25%, dude is the shark here.
Barbara actually make the most profitable deals on shark tank especially the comfy one
yeah I search in it, she made more deals than some Sharks but because she seldom makes a deal so people think she has low deals but in reality she made deals more than usual and has highest success rate
@@mistercat5300 she also is the one that is most directly involved with her investments of all the sharks, iv seen alot of her investors say shes always involved and a phone call away all the time.
He ended up selling the technology to Krispy Kreme. They are using it in their drive thru window passing out fritters.
I imagine Barbara snoops around in the comments section like "I'mma show all you whippersnappers what I'm made off!"
Super easy improvement to this product. Include a proximity tracker the player can clip on and have the machine aim at them instead of having to be set.
Nah. It’ll just up the pricr
Barbara is with her friends having drinks and her husband calls, 'where are you?'
Barbara -"Hi honey, I am out"
Barbra saying the product is too ugly.... like wtf
It really looked like a meat grinder at first and that’s scary lol
I can see where she’s coming from, but not sure how much better looking she can make it
Exactly it doesn’t even look that bad
It is tho lol
😂 how his second shot bounces out of the net and they just cut to another shot 2:07
my ex gf has one of these and believe me guys, i've heard stories around town that she can shoot 1000 balls in an hour
ARod was like “nice” when dude told him how much he had to grind to get where he’s at. Bro, ARod didn’t have to do nothing, this dude was a star in high school, what grind did he ever do?
barbara: “i liked watching mark suck at it, therefore i am in.
There is a Dr. Dish version that is non-electric (it rebounds the ball and rolls it back in the direction that you aim “the passer.” That costs somewhere between $400-$500 and it’s not very portable. So a portable version that is electric should be in the $1,000 range.
It’s a tough market because $1500 isn’t exactly affordable to the masses, but as you learn to better mass produce the parts, you can increase your profit margin. I’ve seen the product advertised on TH-cam and a friend of mine has worked on producing some of their marketing videos.
Best of luck to these guys!
i think they're aiming at suburban kids
Absolutely loved it, well done boy
He's not a boy, he's a man
@@wittenberg5 he's not a man, he's a human
@@praneshanms He is a man though.
@@user-iv3sj2yq9x who are we to say?
@@praneshanms You need to learn logic and categorization. You can be both a man and a human. He is clearly a man. "Who are we to say". People with an understanding of basic biology. Sorry not buying into this trendy nonsense you are trying to preach. The emperor has no clothes.
Instead of a machine that launches the ball could just use a fabric slide. Could carry in a smaller case and be less heavy.
If Barbara bashes on it she’ll go in lmao. If she loves it, no deal.
Why is this so accurate 🤣🤣

Anyone have an update? There's usually an update comment somewhere.
I'm looking for the Same thing
Mark: I want to go in with Barbra because of her people skills…
Barbra literally 10 seconds ago: I think your product is ugly , it’s hideous !
Mark just being nice to allow Barbara to try to make a deal
Love this one!!!
“I know you think it’s a lot, but it’s not” Jedi mind tricks here haha
That's was a smart decision by Thomas.
MC understands the ball docking biz the best in the group and just imagine the biz exposure Thomas would be receiving .Fire away tigers !!
Barbara: “Grind is what I do to my husband at night and for that reason, I’m out”
Good for you man! Good for the sharks too!!
“Wow he does suck” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I would definitely buy this, been looking for something like this from a long time
I kinda like having to go retrieve the ball. It’s cardio. All that jogging adds up. Plus: Free throwing isn’t like darts IMO - you can’t just be standing there “in the zone.” Your _whole_ _body_ needs to be pumping.
2:19 Tht ball clearly falls too fast and misses the contraption, also he's standing there cuz I bet he has to manually reset it.
Enough money im sure could work the kinks out
thats why he was in the tank,, i think he knows that cuban or arod could bring some people in to help fix those issues. impressive he got this far on his own.
