That's exactly what they're saying. I used to know what it meant... it's a reference to a song or something else they did before this (obviously).
Unfortunately Japanese are taught/pronounce Z as zetto not zeeee. But on the album I think they pronounced it Zeee.
Cool performance but definitely not part of the original live aid stadium events.
