      @hoptard 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@gabrielbrouwer ehhhhhh......my vote's for the Shout at the Devil tour....ToP was nothing but overproduced commercial garbage. The Devil tour, Motley was still in their initial true "raw" live form as a better backup band....saw that one twice with Ozzy and Iron Maiden in '84'. Otherwise, they just became overproduced and hyped no talent ass clowns.

    @3.43 Probably one of Loudness' band members, My first reaction to him speaking were, it's like an indian chief from the western movies.
    First time I heard Loudness in christmas 1985, I was blown away. I was just 19. I travelled back to 2nd semeester at school after New Year. I don't recall why I ended up in the car to one mate. He driver were a skilled amateur rock guitarist. I told him I discovered a new band 'Loudness', I said, 'heave you heard of them?' No, he replied. I asked him to put on the tape. I was waiting for his reaction. 'It's not at bad', he said, and I could hear the understatement and an exitement. I am sure the following up were 'Who are they?'
    Mötley Crue were never my cup of tea.

Motley Crue were very likeable with average skill levels that appealed to the masses. Loudness offered a much more exciting style of Heavier metal with better guitar work more suited to genuine metal heads.

      Sure thing. thing is, life isn't a contest & contest winners don't have 30+ yr careers & enter the hearts of millions. Nor do they write songs that anybody can even remember. Motley Crue did all that.

      @anemonaloco 8 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    • @Funz2022
      @Funz2022 8 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      No they didn't.
      I can't name you a Loudness song & I grew up in the '80s & listened to Metal.
      I can hear that Loudness are a much tighter band than Motley (almost everyone else is too!) and that this guy is a technically better guitarist than Mick but I'd trade those strong points for the success and the great songs Motley have. Loudness don't have anything as good as 'Live wire', 'Shout At the Devil' ' Home Sweet home' 'Wild side' and so on.

    I went to see motley crews theater of pain tour at the Sports Arena in Chula Vista California. I was a big motley Crue fan and had only seen one or two loudness videos on MTV. I didn’t know much about loudness but I was blown away with their guitarist and they’re singer. Loudness may be the only opening act that didn’t get totally booed after their performance. Lots of love for Motley Crue but loudness was definitely an awesome band. In fact I left that Motley Crue concert with a loudness T-shirt. LOL!

    LOUDNESS is Great.. I wish they had more Attention, very underated band, I'm glad they did Break Through.
    I just wanted to point out one thing you see in every Metal video.... an
    IRON MAIDEN concert shirt is always floating in there somewhere \m/
    I also just remembered how some headlining bands made the opening act alter their levels and get less volume over all as well.. I always thought that was BS..
