I've heard many a metal maven say that Akira Takasaki (guitarist) is considered one of the very best (some even say 'the best') metal guitarist, ever! His full bodied riffs and chord changes, and ungodly melodic lead guitar work, with crazy runs, is second to none! 'Thunder In The East' and 'Lightning Strikes' are 2 of the best metal albums in history!
I am so glad to see someone listen to Loudness. Funny story. I actually know them all! Minoru the vocalist dedicated his autobiography “Rock and Roll Gypsy” to me. ❤️
I met Akira when he stopped by the music store I was working at when they were on their first American tour. One of my reps was escorting him around so we all went to a Taco Bell because that’s where Akira wanted to eat. He had never tried fajitas before. He loved them and was a super nice guy
Omg! I haven't watched this yet, but I can't believe you're reacting to loudness! My 2nd concert ever (the 80s, i was 12) & it was motley crue, with loudness as the opener! Super cool i haven't thought about them in forever! And I've not heard them since the concert lol 💜
Loudness are my all time favorite band and they did have some success in the US during the mid-late 80's including a couple of albums on the billboard charts. They are still going strong after 40+ years in the business.
In 8th grade 1986 my best friend Shayne quit anything & All things metal so he could concentrate on strictly being a Sk8-Punk. Anyways he gave me All his records that Wasn't punkrock. This record by Loudness was in the collection of 50 plus Lp's he had given me. Shayne Bolyard was one rad mother fucker!!
If you enjoyed Nemophila, they just released a cover of "Crazy Nights" a couple days ago that you might be interested in. They have been touring with Loudness in Japan (first tour as a 4-piece since guitarist Saki left) and the play "Crazy Nights" together as an encore. Saki leaving sucks, but the ladies have made some adjustments to current songs and will continue on as a 4 piece. Here's the link if you're interested. th-cam.com/video/rQ0SRKmcLAY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=SG0FsVujFv2JXoMj
I saw this tour. Back in the 80s, it was an exceptional show. The guitarist and bass player were absolutely awesome. Thanks for doing this reaction. Y'all kick ass! Thanks again!
Loudness was underrated.

@@niyvi98 Minoru is a good man. I hope they can play in the US again soon!

They were my first concert in 1985. I was 12. Same tour with Motley Crue, Theater of pain. The best times!
That’s amazing!!! 🤘🤘🔥🔥
@@binboh omg where'd you see them lol? That was the same tour where I saw them. It was in Tucson Az for me. Be funny if we were both there
Classic 80’s metal is a GOOD THING!
This takes me back to my teenage years. Loudness was my first concert, they opened for Motley Crue.
So amazing!! And we can definitely see why they would tour with Motley Crue🤘🔥
I saw that tour... we used to joke around and call this band "Roudness".
I saw them with Stryper in West Palm Beach in the 80's. What a great band! A ton of better songs than this one.
I used to listen to them in the 80s! Absolutely loved them. Also another band at the same time was EZO. Brings back good memories
The best times right 😎
Holy crap I was a teen head banger in the 80's and never heard of these guys! Thank you greatly, it's so nice to find these old gem bands.
akira takashaki i think his name is is an awesome guitarist

I went to the Loudness Australia Tour 2019, in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.
They were still great!!

Fuck yeah!!
Dig this riff.
Under rated badass band
You should react to Crazy Samurai by Loudness.
I think all the notes were placed exactly where they were meant to be.
Please reaction to ”Soldier of fortune”.
80s was best time and had best metal music. Today there no good metal music.
Saw them when they opened for Motley Crue at Hershey park, Pa back in 1986
さすがに今見るときついね。
