As an ex PT, I have found those excuses of no time creeping into my own life. Watching insight from people I really respect does help me to re-focus and do those little jigsaw things. Eventually my picture will be made. Thank you Emily for the kick up the bum!

You're welcome Dan! I think about to know the feeling though, I have a new job for the winter season that is going to keep me on my toes fitting in my training too, but like Ben says it's all about priorities! 💪

Awesome video! I am 52 and 270 pounds. I have been riding since 2018 and have put 4,000 miles on my enduro bike. This video has motivated me to buy exercise bands. I get them tomorrow and will start my new work out journey to try and get fitter. I have also started intermittent fasting to try and slowly get rid of this extra weight I don't need. Love your channel!

Totally agree Em. I started trail running at 50+ and to help with that and life generally I now have PT sessions twice a week - strenght training. I feel so much fitter for the everyday, let alone my runs. It's not cheap but definitely worth the investment. 💪🏻

yep same. I can't remember if I included this in the video or not (was worried it was getting a bit long!!), but some really nice side-effects were feeling more self-confident simply because some of the upper back postural stuff that Ben has me doing means I walk taller. I'm not gonna say no to that!
