The only person who doesnt come off poorly is Pulisic. Clearly the players dont respect the coach and are very selfish. Its crazy to say there is not a leadership problem. There is a huge leadership problem. I think there is going to be some big changes in future and guys like Theo will be gone and Pulisic becomes team leader.

Milan doesn't have the financial clout to afford quality players with good "heads". You either have to put up with the "head-cases" to get good talent, or you have to have good "heads" with talent potential that you can help evolve (like Brahim). Maldini knew this and he was able to spot talented players like Tonali a mile away. Until Milan's budget looks like PSG or Bayern Munich, they will continue to have to make these kind of trade-offs.
