It looks bad because it’s on TV but if you go to the family court in your city you will see this is happening every day and all day because when the relationship in many women feel the children belong to them and they should be the ones to decide when the father see the children or not. As a result of that CPS, the police department, the sheriffs department, the local church, friends and family, and a host of others are brought into a toxic situation when in most cases to children should be with both parents equally in a 50-50 custody situation if the parents cannot work it out
I hate peoples who use CPS as a weapon to get back at someone. Those people don’t have the time to deal with fake reports because the parents are too petty and immature to handle disputes like adults
This happened to me and I knew exactly who it was because the things they "alleged", were all assumptions they made. Down to my fiancé's name (which they thought my son was a junior). And only ONE person thought that, so it was obvious!!! Thank god I never cleared up any rumors. EVERY SINGLE CLAIM MADE ON THE REPORT WAS FALSE and proven to be so. They went as far as saying I smoked weed, everyone that knows me knows I don't smoke. I took a drug test so quick! LMAO I've consumed alcohol occasionally as a 27 year old, but I don't even drink anymore. The funny thing is, this person tried to take me to court, and they couldn't win so this came shortly after. I just did what I needed to without talking crap about them, and without retaliating. Im blessed and moving on. They're stuck and miserable. And they have no access to me nor my children. Or our business. Safe to say, this person could never be around me or my kids.

Sadly many children suffer because of childish parenting behavior. Went through something similar and I immediately hired attorney. I wanted no direct contact and lucky towards the end family members on both sides were liaison. It was ugly as hell but well worth custody battle.

This show demonstrates that for some people it actually is hard because the plaintiff and/or defendant's live in toxic environments where dysfunctional behavior is normal as breathing. I had a problem with the mom saying she felt like she was taking her daughter's innocence away cause she was a minor. Age makes no difference. I would have made sure that there was supervised visits incase it was true.

No child, nor a government agency that protects children should be caught in the cross fire of a endless bitter old love triangle between adults druma. Also, I hope the questionable, frightening, alarming situation with the children is thoroughly investigated, and these adults grow up because the real victim of this dispute are the children. What this comes down to is that the courts needs to give the father full custody and let the mother have supervised visits. Those kids have suffered enough, and the wife's daughter is the subject of abuse from that woman. I witnessed a parent coach her 3 year old to accuse his aunt. It was a horrific situation.

Fellas can you see 225,000 per child man half of you don’t have that in your retirement funds but you wanna stick it like you got it. In 15 years I’ve paid 145,000 for one child No lates, arrears paid up, with good insurance. Protect your seed fellas don’t fuck to be a risk.

I feel so sorry for these children...
Sadly many children suffer because of childish parenting behavior. Went through something similar and I immediately hired attorney. I wanted no direct contact and lucky towards the end family members on both sides were liaison. It was ugly as hell but well worth custody battle.

This show demonstrates that for some people it actually is hard because the plaintiff and/or defendant's live in toxic environments where dysfunctional behavior is normal as breathing. This is one of many episodes where the people show they wouldn't know mature behavior if it sat on their face but make sure those babies keep being born into the toxicity.

I had a problem with the mom saying she felt like she was taking her daughter's innocence away cause she was a minor. Age makes no difference. I would have made sure that there was supervised visits incase it was true.

Children are innocent human beings who deserves to be protected and cared for regardless of the disputes and legal battles between their parents, and who their parents are in a relationship with. So for anyone to weaponized the child protective services agency with the intentions to ruin their Ex or their Ex’s new companion’s reputation is definitely seeking revenge and it is unacceptable.
No child, nor a government agency that protects children should be caught in the cross fire of a endless bitter old love triangle between adults druma. Also, I hope the questionable, frightening, alarming situation with the children is thoroughly investigated, and these adults grow up because the real victim of this dispute are the children. What this comes down to is that the courts needs to give the father full custody and let the mother have supervised visits. Those kids have suffered enough, and the wife's daughter is the subject of abuse from that woman. I witnessed a parent coach her 3 year old to accuse his aunt. It was a horrific situation.
