+Kevin Crawford According to the installation instructions, you can! Just be prepared that you may need quite a bit of extra adhesive to fully fill in the grout lines. Thanks for watching!
Generally roughing up the wall a bit is recommended to make sure you get good adhesion but be sure to check the instructions for the specific product you buy. Thanks for watching.
sidowsidow not sure what you have in mind for the column/light post be sure the product you choose is suited to your project. It can be used outside with the right adhesive. Thanks for watching.
I have a couple of questions. 1. is this adhesive safe for fireplace surround( no melting etc due to heat from the fireplace) 2. My fireplace has a granite surround , Can i paste this on top of that without remove the granite?
According to the manufacturer, this product (bricks and adhesive) is approved for use around a fireplace, as long as it won't be in direct contact with the flames. And yes, as long as the granite is relatively smooth and flat, the bricks should stick!
I wouldn't recommend it. Most ceilings are supported by fasteners which are designed to hold only the ceiling itself (for example, drywall ceilings are held in place by nails or screws and may not hold any additional weight). If I was going to brick a ceiling, I would go to extreme measures to make sure the brick would never release on it's own (a process which is too lengthy to cover here).
Kedar Benegal many of these products aren't designed to be used horizontally - such as a hearth - but can be used on the adjacent wall. Check the product you're thinking of using to be sure it's suited for use around a fireplace.
+BieberIsMyLife take a look at our curb appeal video bit.ly/1yfP6Eh, we used faux stone on the steps. Be sure to choose a product and adhesive intended for exterior use. Thanks for watching our video.
I'm doing this to my outdoor kitchen BBQ, problem is, I'm not satisfied with the colors they come in. Can these products be painted? If so, what kind of paint would I use?
+marjomjom really depends on the surface you're covering. Temperature & humidity changes in wet areas can cause swelling which makes the backing unstable for adhesive. Also, grease will stain this product just like natural stone, so you'll need to seal with a product designed for porous stone or concrete. Thanks for watching our video.
+Matt As we mentioned, the wall needs to be clean (no loose paint or wallpaper) and you'll need to sand if you have oil-based paint. You can find step-by-step project details here: low.es/1mIK0S8 Thanks for watching our video
+Aaron Koshinsky yes, but conditions apply. Not recommended in humid areas (bath, backsplash, etc.) as wood will expand & contract making adhesion a problem. Check your specific product but most manufacturers recommend using exterior adhesive on wood even for interior installations. Thanks for watching our video.
I just Filmed a time lapse of this EXACT Airstone product from Lowe's: th-cam.com/video/VM2Xham2GLM/w-d-xo.html It was pretty straight forward and exactly as described. They have a new corner stone design that looks better than whats shown above. I also mixed two different color themes to get a broader color mix. Wifey and I are very pleased.

No music necessary ... it’s boring and repetitive and irritating!
