If we were paid to be there we would have to disclose that info in our video, they would be sponsored. It's the law. I know this might be hard to believe, but having 3+ years to work on a game just might yield good results.
Everything else sounds great, but I'm honestly really bummed about draft classes not being transferrable. They should just have a random roster generation option at dynasty setup if you want to move your draft classes over.
I wish they would make this game a live service rather than annual release. Just continue to add more content, massive roster and coaching update every year ahead of the draft, and let them really perfect this game rather than trying to reinvent the wheel every year.

RTG is nothing without the high school experience. Being able to make your uniforms from your original high school. They had the state playoffs!!! Man & the best part which was playing through it all with your player and seeing the recruiting process. Such a let down 💔
Bummer about not editing rosters and exporting draft classes. Hopefully it'll let you edit generic players not representing a real person. and I think it would be cool to generate fictional players for every team, and export them into Madden for those who like fictional draft classes.

Is coach mode in dynasty? For anyone who didn't know or forgot it was a play mode in dynasty that allowed you to call plays as a coach and the CPU would control your players and run the play. It felt more immersive than having to actually user-control the players when you're just supposed to be a coach on the sideline. It was an optional setting that was off by default. I'll be bummed if it's not in the game.

Ngl I do hate not being able to play in high school grinding to become 5 ⭐️recruit. That was one of the best parts about road to glory. Small price to pay for the game coming back so I can live with it 🥹. Hopefully they bring it back in the future tho 🙏🏾🙏🏾

I really hope there is something in the game concerning stadium upgrades/ expansions. Even if they’re incredibly generic, I think there needs to be a way to help a smaller school’s stadium to become more suitable once they become a powerhouse. Having UMass in a 20k seat stadium as an elite team needs to change in my opinion. We will see.

I hope you can edit some players tho. In my 14 dynasty I would go to a random week team and make QB or HB one of the best and see if that team does any better. Was something different. I’d also create players that were 85-99 overall. And send them to random schools lol

I mostly only care if I can play every other game in Dynasty still other than my team's own schedule. I like running more of a universe mode sometimes than rebuild.

I really like the staff building aspect of the game, adds a bit more immersion, I hope in future games they can add some depth to staff builders. I.e persuading coaches to stay, promoting positions coaches to coordinator roles or hiring position coaches from other schools and promote to coordinator for your own team.
I’m pretty sure the Devs seen all the feedback people been giving about that give them a break it’s been ten years. Maybe in the next one it will have HS in road to glory doesn’t mean the game isn’t gonna be good just because they took out HS even tho that’s the whole point of road to glory.

I liked both RTG and Dynasty but I was planning on focusing on Dynasty at drop. Your review might of swayed me to start with RTG. I'm hyped as a trucker I won't be able to play as often as I did in NCAA 14 but definitely happy about playing this one soon

Yeah bro no Highschool was an immediate deal breaker for me. I only played RTG growing up bc of the excitement of becoming ranked and going through the whole recruiting process. If they add it in the next game I’ll definitely cop.
Also the no draft class transfers is sad it actually was one of the reasons I played NCAA back in the day it’s like I want to continue the career of the players I played with and a bit easier then editing everything about them in the madden class edit
I heard some positive stuff but unlike others im hearing a lot of negatives cant export dynasty ,can only play dynasty for 30 years(this is a negative just so we are aware), cant play certain positions in road to glory, cant start in high school which I felt was like a major reason I even played road to glory to start in high school go to college then the pros. I feel like that just means I wont be playing road to glory and until I hear a different thing for a future game I wont be buying that new game. They had 3 years plus since it was announced and give us ultimatums such as do you want the game or take another year(for something that should have been done/figured out by now) very unfortunate.

On my 2nd dynasty I’ll do oc small school to OC big school.. to head coach mid major to head coach power 5.. and if the game is as detailed as it seems that will take a few years.. done this in the past and tops on my ncaa 14 dynasty’s is 23 years and I just played it today… the climb is the best part so I do restart and build up in different ways but I always have 2 I go back to periodically to keep going
Road to glory no high school was extremely disappointing for me atleast the positions are fine but the high school aspect let you play to where ur star/ranking was going to be and receiving offers after games always felt sweet for me

The HS part being gone is such good news to me. It made no difference in the older games. You always got a top school including your favorite school. It was a waste of time and did not impact the end goal.
I kinda feel that way too but a lot of people still enjoy that process even if it is super easy and you ultimately get to go pretty much anywhere you want.
Especially when you #1 in high school and accept a scholarship for a starter position just to end up behind the 1st string lol. High school was still fun just being able to re create the high school you attended
I agree that it was implemented poorly in NCAA 14 but it still was fun. I hope they can find a way to make it better and add it in the upcoming games. Maybe even just doing what they're doing now. Have it so where before the start of the game you choose how many stars you have going into your senior year of highschool and that changes how good you start as. Add in an additional option to decide how good your high school is too. You can play as a 5 star QB on the best team in your state and dominate or start as a player who doesn't have any stars on a bad team. You'd have to compete for the starting job and struggle to win games, only hoping that a D1 school offers to at least let you walk on.
The fact that jump around is not in the game is a huge L for me. As someone who worked for the university of Wisconsin, they were going to be my first dynasty for sure. This omission makes me rethink that.
They added 500 details in each school, but miss one and people are mad 😂 no pleasing anyone these days 😂 they literally have the band routines of every single team.

I honestly don’t understand the complaint of no highschool. You can choose what star level you are to get higher or lower school offers. High school was kinda tedious to me and usually ended up being 5 stars on just about any difficulty anyways so it doesn’t matter tbh.

Me too! I was thinking why not allow us to create our own custom rosters like back in the day. You should be able to choose if you want to play with the official roster or your own fictional roster. Problem solved!

I really like the staff building aspect of the game, adds a bit more immersion, I hope in future games they can add some depth to staff builders. I.e persuading coaches to stay, promoting positions coaches to coordinator roles or hiring position coaches from other schools and promote to coordinator for your own team.
Not starting in hs is pretty upsetting
I’m pretty sure the Devs seen all the feedback people been giving about that give them a break it’s been ten years. Maybe in the next one it will have HS in road to glory doesn’t mean the game isn’t gonna be good just because they took out HS even tho that’s the whole point of road to glory.

I liked both RTG and Dynasty but I was planning on focusing on Dynasty at drop. Your review might of swayed me to start with RTG. I'm hyped as a trucker I won't be able to play as often as I did in NCAA 14 but definitely happy about playing this one soon

No high school is an L and it will make the mode bad Eric....it literally determined where you got recruited and how many stars your player was.... BIG L WITH NO HS

Will you be able to edit players and specially recruits in dynasty mode? Editing there names and attributes and jersey kits was the most fun thing in my opinion.
I think we will be able to. We just won’t be able to edit attributes, change faces, or names of players with EA licensing player likeness. You should be to create players and edit generated players

Yeah bro no Highschool was an immediate deal breaker for me. I only played RTG growing up bc of the excitement of becoming ranked and going through the whole recruiting process. If they add it in the next game I’ll definitely cop.
Also the no draft class transfers is sad it actually was one of the reasons I played NCAA back in the day it’s like I want to continue the career of the players I played with and a bit easier then editing everything about them in the madden class edit
I heard some positive stuff but unlike others im hearing a lot of negatives cant export dynasty ,can only play dynasty for 30 years(this is a negative just so we are aware), cant play certain positions in road to glory, cant start in high school which I felt was like a major reason I even played road to glory to start in high school go to college then the pros. I feel like that just means I wont be playing road to glory and until I hear a different thing for a future game I wont be buying that new game. They had 3 years plus since it was announced and give us ultimatums such as do you want the game or take another year(for something that should have been done/figured out by now) very unfortunate.
BOOHOOO!!! 2 Things 1. There were always only a handful of positions that could be played in RTG and 2 there's not many human beings in this world who will drag out a 30 year dynasty let alone 20, stop complaining

On my 2nd dynasty I’ll do oc small school to OC big school.. to head coach mid major to head coach power 5.. and if the game is as detailed as it seems that will take a few years.. done this in the past and tops on my ncaa 14 dynasty’s is 23 years and I just played it today… the climb is the best part so I do restart and build up in different ways but I always have 2 I go back to periodically to keep going

The limit on player editing is concerning
Road to glory no high school was extremely disappointing for me atleast the positions are fine but the high school aspect let you play to where ur star/ranking was going to be and receiving offers after games always felt sweet for me
I don’t understand why they couldn’t do like ncaa 07 and 06 and just make you do the drills to figure out stats and schools they want you
Honestly, some of this stuff is just mind-blowing. Never did I think you would need to get a tutor for your player if you have bad grades and can't play, in a football video game. Wild.
The HS part being gone is such good news to me. It made no difference in the older games. You always got a top school including your favorite school. It was a waste of time and did not impact the end goal.
I kinda feel that way too but a lot of people still enjoy that process even if it is super easy and you ultimately get to go pretty much anywhere you want.
Especially when you #1 in high school and accept a scholarship for a starter position just to end up behind the 1st string lol. High school was still fun just being able to re create the high school you attended
I remember simming all of the HS games as soon as I got the schools I wanted interested. It made zero difference to play through the entire HS season.
I agree that it was implemented poorly in NCAA 14 but it still was fun. I hope they can find a way to make it better and add it in the upcoming games. Maybe even just doing what they're doing now. Have it so where before the start of the game you choose how many stars you have going into your senior year of highschool and that changes how good you start as. Add in an additional option to decide how good your high school is too. You can play as a 5 star QB on the best team in your state and dominate or start as a player who doesn't have any stars on a bad team. You'd have to compete for the starting job and struggle to win games, only hoping that a D1 school offers to at least let you walk on.

The fact that jump around is not in the game is a huge L for me. As someone who worked for the university of Wisconsin, they were going to be my first dynasty for sure. This omission makes me rethink that.

No exporting draft classes LITERALLY kills the purpose of dynasty mode’s depth. Now it’s just a one-trick pony mode where players ultimately go nowhere!!! Not the NFL. Miss me with the “just create a custom draft class in Madden” excuse. There’s no pass for this just because it has been 10 years.

Knowing we can at the very least customize conferences and replace teams with teambuilder teams is a positive. I'd love to be able to import more than 8 programs. And be able to edit the names of the conferences. But I know that 2nd one is a massive long shot

Yes the fact you could create your high school and work you way up as a recruit gaining offers and the option to play both sides then go to your college process, we waited a while there should be no way you don’t have it. They could’ve made it even more better but they erased it

I honestly don’t understand the complaint of no highschool. You can choose what star level you are to get higher or lower school offers. High school was kinda tedious to me and usually ended up being 5 stars on just about any difficulty anyways so it doesn’t matter tbh.
Will we be able to edit the players in that aren't in the game. For Example: like take a player on Texas roster and make him Arch Manning?
