Totally agree with the subscriber's comment. I have been seeing your videos for a while now and can say please refrain eating from fast-food joints including coffee. I'm not sure how you feel, we always experienced the after taste of like eating a cardboard box. It's just cheap eats and they use 2nd grade coffee beans dumping sugar on top. Sydney's got good coffee culture. Try coffee from Campos, Soul of Origin or any local coffee shops. It's $1 - $2 extra but worth the money and have the satisfaction of consuming clean food. We threw our pod machine and got a good fully automatic coffee machine. Paid a price but worth the money. Stay healthy and try watching Dr.Pal's video about gut health and circadian rhythm. My husband's health improved tremendously once he corrected simple but costly mistakes. Rule of thumb we are currently following: Once we are in 40+ band, every calorie counts. 🙂
When my Husb was in Singapore, he had similar issues what u we’re facing. He said most of the veggis & fruits are Hybrid.. I compelled & he returned back to India. Bcoz health is very very important. The main reason is bcoz of work stress and long hours in front of laptop. Physio is temporary not a permanent solution. It creates the pain again after few days.. try to take rest when u have time… as u are in Australia cannot expect much healthy food and oils. Anyways tc bro..
