Hi Bro, if I apply 189 visa.. I under go all tests like English and others.. do my partner and kids also need to take the tests like ITES...
If you wish to claim points for your partner he/she has to take english tests and go through the other formalities. No process for kids, just add to application and pay fees
If you are not claiming partner points, no need to take tests

There might be a few other supporting documents you might be able to provide, for example payslips or tax documents. It is better to go through the list of mandatory documents and see if Employment Reference Letter is mandatory. Please check with a good migration agency when in doubt.
