    Exposure to everyday toxins can cause hormone imbalance. I personally detox regularly with enemas and yoga.

    Thank you ! I live in abroad working and I just found out the causes of my acne especially the hormonal acne was lack of sleep because I work at night then I eat a lot of chocolate and sweet drinking milk tea and eating macdonalds, then I was so stress because of break up then I eat white rice which I find out rice has a lot of sugar. I can’t control those acne in my face . Until now I have acne but thanks I found a product that help me my skin get smooth and my acne is improving but i have acne scars were it bothers me but i need to be patient. Do you have recommendations for acne scarsc

    i have cortisol problems, what meals would u suggest?

      Everything which contains vitamin B1 (nutritional yeast, pecan, brussels sprouts, trout, pork, salmon, beef liver, shellfish...etc) and Vitamin D3 (fatty fish, fish liver oil, eggs, shellfish, mushrooms...etc).
      And then, in case, few more tips : try to improve your stress, your sleep, to take long walk in the nature (not by yourself, we live in a crazy world), deep breath everyday and try to avoid as long as you can toxic people... Courage💪🏽
