Fibreglass NIGHTMARE! What Went Wrong with this 55 Chevy Mould

Fibreglass mould mold making. The mould came off after a long struggle and it sustained some damage in the process, needless to say I was not happy about it. Fibreglassing and gel coat gel coating can be easily damaged especially on sharp corners and edges. I took my time with this mould and used many different techniques and tricks, I used air dry clay to modify the original body to make it my own. I have big plans for this little 55 Chevy! well that blows! i guess the mud gets some work, could you epoxy that chunk back? well im sure youll get it in tip top shape

I fixed it up with some gel coat, it only took a few hours to do

I was very unhappy, but a few hours of filling sanding and shaping later and bam! All fixed
