I think your canning recipes are my favorite! Hearing you mention what you learned from your mom or grandma feels like a hug from home. 😊 You do a wonderful job
I made my very first strawberry jam today. I’ve been wanting to do this for years and you gave me the courage to do it. Thank you, Kaleb. ❣️- new subscriber from Tennessee ❤
I love strawberry jam. this is another great recipe looks so delicious. I love your passion that you have for cooking and taking us into your life and kitchen. Thanks so much for sharing ♥️
I just made this only difference is I can't have sugar. So I used Splenda for the sugar and it turned out perfect. And the popping sound like you said its music to the canners ears. I use this jam on everything. Topping on homemade ice cream, oatmeal, peanut butter thanks for sharing this with us.
That is a great looking jam! That ruby red color is beautiful! I am one of those people who have been scared to can, lol, but you made it look so easy ❤
I use certo, liquid pectin, because that’s what both my grandma and mom use. It’s interesting to see the difference in when the sugar is added. By the way, that jam looks beautiful!
I just made some last weekend. Follow Caleb's directions but add 2-3 very finely chopped jalapenos at the start with the strawberries for Strawberry Jalapeno jam....Delish (not spicy)! The red and green make for a beautiful Christmas gift! (recipe on Sutton Daze YT channel)
I actually don't have a pepper jam recipe, but I have canned hot pepper mustard and pickled peppers. A search with either of those titles followed by "Wyse" will help you find them!
We had strawberries all summer long last year. Not sure what happened this year?🤷🏻♀️. We know that the bunnies, etc…didn’t help the situation. Not giving up!
My rhubarb has just begun to grow it's about 2 inches tall so it's got a little ways more before I can harvest it then I'm going to make a friend of rhubarb pie no strawberries just rhubarb.
Waste of time. Never mention the amount of strawberries and sugar. Measurements, measurements, and measurements is importent to share. Although, the video is well done.

Yay! So happy to hear that you were inspired to give it a try! I hope it turned out well. 🌞
I'm going to give this a try. I like the fact that it has less sugar than the normal amount.
The jam has a beautiful color.❤
Just like mom used to make!
Many thanks…

Your jam recipes are always yummy. I am going to try this one too. I just opened my last no pectin made from your recipe from last year.
I made strawberry freezer jam earlier this summer with locally grown berries.

Can you substitute other type of berries? It’s blueberry season in NC zone 8a. Thanks 😊
Inside the box of pectin there should be recipes for various fruit jams.
Do you have a recipe for sugar-free jam?
