This is not authentic style of making kolkata biryani... Layers of chicken should be repeated in between rice layers.
Yahan sare chicken bilkul niche daal diya gaya..and quantity or ratio of chicken to rice is not correct..
Chicken put here is very less compared to the rice.
I have eaten better one than this..

All the famous biryani restraunts in Kolkatta layer with one meat/chicken and aloo at the bottom and over it all the rice.
Have you eaten this to claim you have eaten better?
I have'nt been to Patna ,let alone eaten this restaurant's biryani, but it looks like not only do you not know your biryanis to be making claims of what Kolkatta biryani is or isn't , but also without eating here you are just being malicious about you claims of having eatne better.
