I’ve been in coffee houses / small cafés where a single person is doing an interesting performance where the looper/drum machine really puts a virtual band into the performance. Not just playing to canned riffs-but improvising and creating loops on the fly!
I have this looper and I'm glad you pointed out the self-correcting feature as most people don't know about it and how helpful it is. I made a few YT videos myself with this great looper, my favorite after having Digitech and Nu-x loopers. I really enjoy this thing! 😎
Thanks so much for your instruction on this! I have used several loopers before and never have much luck not due to my lack of rhythm, but my fat feet and poor balance! I got this pedal and was still having trouble until I watched this. I wasn't sure what the merge function you mentioned was until I saw the middle green button and turned it on! 😃 Much happier now and free to jam without getting the loops all out of sync!
Thanks man for this tip. I am thinking of this looper as I find that screw up is exactly what happen with my old Lekato looper. Your remark give me a push on this one.
The key is that the looper is a drum machine that is keeping time. If you're just free wheeling it and there is no time keeper, you are just screwed. I have this looper and really like it. I mainly use if for practice and it's a great sounding metronome and also for layering sounds to get some new ideas. Can't beat it for twice the price!!
Self-correcting?!?!?! OMG, that is amazing!!! I’m going to just order one right now. I’ve worked hard and I think I owe myself a little present. Lol I’m serious though.
Great little gadget - now I want one - I have a digitech plus - it's cool but I'm not at all good at using it or figuring it out - thanks for the inspiration Busker - GOD bless
That's an interesting question. As far as I know everything stops. You could then disengage the green button and start the drums alone. But I don't know everything about this pedal so if you find a way please post it in the comments for everyone. Cheers
I bought this pedal 2 weeks ago, but I don't know how to turn it on and how to connect it to my amp, do I need a jack connecting between the 2 from the output of the loop pedal into the amp and say the guitar and mic into the 2 inputs on the loop pedal, or would I need a mixer also
I had Nux loop core stereo. Unfortunately my yuer develop a flaw that some noises appear randomly. I'm returning it. Too bad as it looked really promising. I'm quitting the whole loopers thing and investing my time with Ableton live
i just sent one back today....it had somekind of weird hiccup thing going on so i sent it back......does the flamma fs21 also have this self correct feature ? they seem to be exactly the same except for the color and the knobs......
That's a bummer. My son had the same issue with an ammoon Looper from Amazon but they replaced it. I'm not familiar with the flamma . Thanks for commenting 👍

Me too looping can be amazing. I used to try to get all my students IRL started with one right away. Cheers and thanks for commenting 👍

Thanks for the great comment! I agree that this is a great Looper. Keep spreading the word 👍😎

You're welcome and thanks for taking the time to let me know!

Can you stop the guitar loop and keep the drums playing in sync on their own or does everything stop when stop is pressed?

Your guitar goes to the right hand input, the output on the left goes to your amp. There's instructions on the dinner website.
Thanks a million! I can confirm that its working the same on yuer xs-04 looper. Amazing looper, better than boss and nux.
Awesome, I'm glad it worked for you!
better than which nu-x?

The Flamma 21 has exactly the same internals.... just in a different box. Choose the best deal as the functionality is identical.
is the sound of the recording impaired when you slow down the tempo?
I haven't done that. I'm sure the drums would be fine but the doesn't speed up or down so I'm thinking it would no longer match up. Just a guess.
What speakers can you use just standard RCA jack ones?
It needs to plug into an amp or PA. Thanks for commenting 👍
Does the AutoCorrect function work when you’re not using the drums? Thanks!
not really
But you could turn the drum volume way down, right?
Nice
Thanks 🙏 and thanks for commenting 👍
How u can make it count??
It does it automatically when you use the drums.
