- In this video I have shared with you guys the basic dress code of ashram. So that you can pack your bag properly for a visit to Isha Yoga Center.
Also I have included some personal tips. Hope it will be helpful for clueless people.

Thanks for the roadmap, akka! Isha is grown way wider today that I barely can figure out 'what is what' after having lost touch with the place for many years now because of education and work. Back in 2003 I used to hangout at the backyard of Sadhguru's house.☺️ Longing to live the life you are living, someday.

Came for Shoonya and Guru Pooja this year and had to re-wear my clothes (cause I didn’t get enough) In Shoonya we played in mud and they all got muddy! Somehow washed them in only water and wore them again. 😂 Wasn’t perfect but it’s so much fun not having to worry about what to wear, and not having to look at the mirror. Aaand crocs were my trusty friends for when we had to walk from Chamundi hall to Adiyogi!

I went to the lap of the master program here in America at the isha institute of inner sciences sadhguru had me stand up so everyone could see my shirt(an American flag) after he talked to us for about an hour of our possibilities and opportunities here in America and our place in the world and what we could do with it I felt like I was exploding energetically from my Manipura to my vissuda

@@shatofor100 yea and I just summarized it into one paragraph there’s so much more to that experience I was just electric for months afterwards and still feel it when I think back when I’m in meditation it takes me back to that day like I’m there for real and I don’t just see his earthly 3d form but his multi dimensional one

The US ashram is probably about the same except in the winter you need cold weather clothing (jackets and such) and you need shoes (something easy on and off because you have to take them off to go in most buildings.) The walk paths are large gravels in many places, so shoes are recomended.
Moral of the video - If a libra is respecting and following rule of the place, you must. 😆😆😆

Thank you for sharing.. My plan is to go to ISHA INDIA & stay long term, so the suggestion is perfect… I attended Isha iii TN Womens 21 day Sadhana 7/21.. I packed pretty good , the downside with COVID the laundry room was not available, good thing I am a ISHA SHOPPE DEVOTEE.. The added plus was that Sadhguru was there & we got to spend time with him & chat outside the Adiyogi & In the Lap of the Master 😊🧘🏽♀️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️

which brand epilator is this 25 yrs back i nought braun whenit came in i dia it was so painful using it i sold it half price to my friendvwho didnt have problem i dont know why it was painful for me maybe i have sensitive skin

Shato akka... Just in time i too say so, I will be coming for Shoonya this month. For BSP in 2020 Jan I had got a sleeping bag for myself. Thought will carry it this time too.
My bags get huge, but not that heavy.
I can comfortably travel alone from Bangalore for the adv program 😄
I'm coming this Jan at IYC for advance program and also we are not allowed to visit Dhyanlinga,Devi, Isha shoppe. What should I bring? I don't know. This is the first time Im going to travel alone nd this will be my 1st visit to the Asram. Im so excited 😇😂

You can stay in ashram Nadhi standard for low rate of cottage. Its the best option. #Ishayogacenter #Dhyanalinga #Nadhistandardroom
