Like an expert politician he says many things which often are not the solution to problems at all. This karma question for example. Even if you think you are in a safe space, wrapped up in warm blankets and fed 3 meals a day with no one to bother you....if you have some bad physical or mental reactions to come from your post activities...They will 1000% manifest there are no material solutions to it. No hiding in a so called safe space will do. You might as well hide in a mountain of straw from a falling bomb. Karmic reactions are the law of nature. The only way to stop the wheel of Karma is to know what actions not to perform to have a positive future... And then not doing them, that will work. Head in the sand safe space is total bs in this regard.

My whole life is dark, I am dark person and a lot of bad things have been happening to me, from losing my brother and father to car accidents and getting wounded by a weapons, being attacked by bad persons and so on, but after I hear this, I hope that there is hope for me:)

I also have very bad relatives hurting me and my kids but they are violent and scary. They never change or do positive things for me and my kids.
Listen to Narsimha Kavacham or Hanuman Kavacham everyday 3 times atleast. Kavacham means armor you and your family will be protected if you pray before listening.
Key is to move towards positive energy. Do the right thing. Very clear advice from Guru.

For years I’ve beat myself up for the choices I’ve made and blaming others for what was clearly in my control and I tell you where I found myself was a place of darkness. Every time I got to far and was at the breaking point of becoming someone or something I wouldn’t recognize, I isolated myself and I talked to myself within myself and in my mind along with connecting to the spiritual consciousness within us all. When I would do that especially after a break up or some type of event that brought me great pain. I would ask why did this person do this to me why did they treat me poorly when my intentions for them are and were pure to see them become their very best. Well I started to check myself and I realized that I was to blame a lot of times and I had a huge temper out of this world and I really made people afraid to get on my bad side. And with me having that temper I used to along with my pride and ego I would thing I was untouchable not by choice but just by everything happening around me. My boys would encourage me to talk to more girls without caring about them, they would put my in fights that wasn’t my personal problem, I was becoming a protector for others and not myself. And time after time life has forced me to look and check myself and I realized I had a choice the whole time and if I would’ve made the right one I wouldn’t have experienced things the way I have. But I don’t regret any of it because along with losing myself that far, I found myself growing into the person I always was meant to be. People love you when you’re doing negative things excuse my French but they love when you’re f**king your life up while theirs gets better. They love to keep you down so the can become more. Once you take that time and isolate yourself and hold yourself accountable you’ll see that karma is definitely a result in your actions and the choices you made knowing there would be consequences that come along with those choices. For me I say this do to others what you’d want done to you, if you bring harm to someone else, harm will then come to you. Do everything out the kindness of your heart and love without looking for anything in return and I promise you good things will start to happen. Be the solution to this earth not the problem. Don’t be afraid of your karma accept it and hold yourself accountable for it and change within yourself.

It doesn’t negate its reality that things will fall if you throw them because you choose not to believe in it since its man made. We didn’t birth animals or rivers or stars therefore we don’t run the universe. Our interpretation and understanding is man made hence the flaws in religion.

1. Take responsibility for your action. Be conscious about what you do.
2. Sadhguru said at 2:34, if you become very accidental, continuously inviting accident, bad luck etc (because of bad karma), you must withdraw into a space that is supportive, such as Ashram. When you come out, suddenly everything works. Everything gets better again.

Karma= action through soul: your thoughts intent our vibe our energy words actions deeds.
We are making karma every moment through our thoughts our inner conversation. For eg we might not be abusing anyone verbally but inside our mind we keep cursing that person. We are creating bad karma.
So in present and past life we definitely have made bad karma
Whatever bad we receive is based on our past karma. However by taking responsibility of our present life sending right kind thoughts words actions energy to the world we can earn good karma.. bad karma shall stay remain as is ... It's just that you become conscious why it's coming to you and will be aware to now in this life build good karma. As karma never loses addresses. With Yoga, Pranayam Meditation you get strength to pass through bad karma and build good karma. It's your choice to take responsibility of this life time. And when you really work on yourself you can definitely create a very magnificent life for yourself. Bad karma shall come, but don't get negative .. that nothing works...don't think everything is fake . Because more good u do it may seem that more bad is coming to you...and you might want to react abuse negatively to situations... bad karma will only come because you created bad karma in past..don't let it deter you from your path of doing good ..as by doing good you will definitely create a good life for yourself. to get rid of past bad karma is to work it out. Every action has a equal and opposite reaction. You do not kill or injure and expect forgiveness to blow away your karma, every dent has to be cleansed. Praying to God can mitigate it depending, but you do the crime you do the time, all is recorded in the ether, so there is no escape,
You are doing karma every moment, what karma you do in the present is limitless, and it freely allows everyone to choose how they respond to their problems. Think of what people have termed as "bad karma" only as the impressions (blueprints) of your actions which you carry with yourself, which will express themselves in many ways, which may be helpful/harmful for you. You can't prevent these impressions from being made but you can certainly neglect their influence on your existence, preventing yourself from creating more impressions by reacting towards how your previous impressions manifest themselves. So, lets say if a person is in full control of what he or she's doing right now, he has not only cleansed his impressions but has mastered the art of dwelling in the present. If you dwell in the present, your karmic baggage doesn't bother you at all, since you are only concerned at the task at hand rather than finding reasons for your misfortune. Conscious thought is the ONLY effective way to cleanse all your karmic baggage. Wish you all the best.

Well said, every one takes there own interpretation from this. I love to park up at the marina we’re there is a little stone beach. I can stay there all day , morning until night. Watching the boats coming in and out. Very peaceful relaxing. Listening to the ocean on my foldable chair drinking tea. Listening to classical musical which helps me meditate and wash the world away from my mind. Just sitting there with no thinking of anything.

if you have bad karma, that is a great guft. Just take it as it is and be greatfull. It will clear you up. Heal old things. It ia like a storm, but afterwards there will be the sun. I have found this way of getting rid of bad karma.
You sit yoga style and take a deep breath while turning your head to the right. All the while thinking about what you did to have such bad karma. Then when you are full of it, you,as you are turning your head left,blow out all the memory and all of the bad feelings associated with that karma.

My Karma is ancient and very powerful
I took the life of a student Priest as a High Priest in the temple of Hathor at Dendara in Egypt.
Because I feared the Priest would become superior to me and overtake my position.
I desicrated the temple and affected the grid lines below the temple in the Earth.
Worse,
I denied my guilt, despite many believing that I had done this horrifying Act.
I have made a spiritual apology to the victim Amunkhenten, and to all of those who have suffered because of my actions.
Also to Hathor, and to the temple at Dendara which still exists in Egypt.
I hope one day to travel there alone in person to again make a spiritual apology.
I hope this helps clear me of this Karma.

Facts. Yesterday, I saw a homeless white man holding up a sign for money. I passed him and turned back around, gave him 60.00 dollars, I donated to various charity's, also the food bank monthly takes, and money out my bank account. I even feed homeless cats in my neighborhood. This is how I give back per karma.

This is going to be pretty unpopular, but karma can be no more accidental than the dance of creation. A cow made bad karma in order to become a cow and get eaten, the person who ate that cow made bad karma from eating it, the person who made that person become a meat eater made bad karma from convincing him/her to eat meat, the person who made that person realize that convincing people to eat meat is the right thing to do made bad karma with that, and so on. It's endless, just like the creation itself.

We have Took many millions of births in this World. _Bahunaam Janmanaam Ante_ . so we have many many Reactions left to be fullfilled or completed. it can take even millions of births to simply enjoy or suffer our reactions. so this is very much foolish to try to tolerate the reactions by entering or moving in a secluded place.
