You said that top surgery with drains doesn't require the compression vest. I definitely had top surgery with drains. 10 days post op I had my right drain removed since the output was less than 30 ml for two days, but I still have the left drain since it was draining more than that, and will probably have that drain for 2 more days or longer. What about in the days after the drains are removed? Do you need to do compression at that point? Thanks for your help.

My surgeon was telling me the longer you can keep the vest on the better, so between 6-8wks
