Hi Paula! Thank you for your question, I am STILL a huge fan of this Lykke kit...I've used them several times and the cords and needles are in great shape!! Highly recommend them! WeCrochet has great hooks, as well as Ophire and Furls, it just depends on the material you prefer and how they are made! Hi! I've been using these needles on a sweater project and I still love them! The wood is dyed pink so it doesn't come off, and the tips aren't splintering either! These are beautiful needles to work with.
@@Kimberly_Knit4Brains Thank you so much for the information. The reason why I asked is that I watched another lady's youtube review. The pink tip of her needles seemed to be peeled off.
Do these cords have a swivel? One thing I love about my hiya hiya set is the swivel cords but I’m obsessed with pink so I wanna get these if they also swivel 🤣
Hi! Unfortunately this set doesn't swivel. But you could check out Knit Picks "Mindful Collection" as they do have both fixed and swivel. They aren't pink though, more of an aqua blue. :) Thank you so much for your comment! XX Kim
Hi...Welcome!!! And yes I still love my Lykke needles!!! Ive used them on several projects and they haven't broken, tips are still sharp, and the cables are still strong!!😁👍🏻
Hi you might correct the pronunciation of LYKKE. You say more like “locka” not lykke and by the way lykke means happiness … otherwise they are very nice needles.
Pink needles! ❤ So cute 🥰 Thank you for the review! Lykke makes great knitting needles. Love the birchwood.
Hi Mellie!! Thank you!! I love everything pink! 💖 and these needles are definitely standing the test of time!!! XX Kim
Im trying to decide on crochet needles and hooks gift but i have no idea. Are lekke hooks any good?

Thank you for sharing this wonderful review! :) Did the pink color rub off from the tip of the needles? Do they come like that? Thank you!
