It works both ways. I've been to Dubai several times, 3 times in the last 18 months and stayed 2 weeks each time. Dubai has become one big brothel, unfortunately. Women have it even harder than men. So many men do not know how to talk, have good banter, or excite a woman, etc etc. They just need to put the cash on the table and it's all done. Women have no chance of finding a decent husband because very few men want to commit when you are surrounded by all this temptation. Men also are very skeptical of all women in Dubai because they assume (rightly so), that so many of them are escorts or gold diggers who have no genuine interest in you as a person. It's a business transaction. Dubai is a great City with many nice spots to go, but not a place that produces real men, and this is very sad.
You make interesting points. Overall It takes two to tango, money is tempting and through that the world is made how it is by execution of human nature. Your comment is about Dubai but it applies to the world as a whole, in areas where these services are legal. Looking from that perspective I want to add that it's still mostly on women that limit 95% of the population and only chase Chad, no wonder why the situation is how it is and brings more fuel to the fire.
