Fellow warning if you’re booking a A350 make sure it has this 1-2-1 configuration. Delta added some Latam A350 subset planes to their fleet, but they are NOT of the same quality as this, by a longshot
Flew this with a super low upgrade opportunity in 2019. It was an amazing experience but thos middle seats get HOT with no graspers to cool it down and get the airflow going. I was so overheated. I'd definitely recommend those side seats just for the airflow ability.
I flew the non suite version on an A321neo Boston to San Diego in July, and it was a phenomenal experience. The seats were super comfortable, and there was plenty of storage.
I just flew on a brand new Delta A321neo last month (Feb 2024) from Kona to Seattle overnight. Supposedly 1st class. No lie-flat seat, no leg rest. Just a slightly wider seat with slightly more reclinev han economy. Total rip-off. No better than Comfort+
Just a warning worth keeping in mind! The Ex-LATAM A350s have a far worse 2-2-2 Biz Class with an inferior product so ALWAYS CHECK THE SEAT-MAP in the booking tool FIRST! 1-2-1 In Biz and you’re golden! 😀 2-2-2 isn’t as good especially if you’re a single not a couple! 😂
Those storage bins are the same size as the ones in economy which are meant to store 3 passengers worth of carry on luggage. In this case it’s meant to store only two. I flew this version of plane with Virgin Upper Class earlier this year and I had a huge bin all to myself
I thought the Delta One suites were first class. idk. it says that on the website but us carriers usually dont have a first so business classifies as first for them
I was lucky to fly in one of those Delta One suites in the A350 on a flight from AMS to ATL. They are awesome. Too bad now they use the A330-NEO for this stretch which I fly a couple of times a year. The A330 also has suites, but not as nice as the A350.
I’ll take Polaris and it is dumb Delta removed those overhead bins. One of the great things about Polaris is every passenger has an entire bin to themselves so you know your carryon is going to not have to be checked.
@@CineZoneYT I flew multiple times with both the new Delta business and the Qatar Q Suite. I'm sorry but it's really not the same lol. First off you have way more space in the Q suite, a much better layout, better service, better lounges at DOH, better sheets, better bathrooms, better food menu. I mean literally Qatar in my opinion is better in any way we can think off. As far as the best, you can't possibility think the U.S. are still #1 in this industry when you see what all the Asian and Middle eastern airliners are doing. @@Mercy_Pants Delta has a ton of max 10s on order. Your statement about not needing new training is false, you obviously don't know what you're talking about.
@@CineZoneYT Delta is not counting on the Max10 anytime soon and is the only Boeing they are ordering. Their newer orders consist of ALL airbus planes including the A220-321N 339-359 and 35X. Pilots can switch between an a319-320-321-330-350 freely without having to go through additional training. It’s the way airbus designed these aircraft. Unlike Boeing you need additional training to jump from a 737-757-767-777-747. You CLEARLY don’t know what you’re talking about. Do a bit more research before making blanket unfounded statements.
They need to put the center overhead bins back in. Without them you’re fighting for space even with a single carry on, and especially as the suites themselves have almost no storage space or a place to put your personal item. These suites are good but miss the mark in several ways.

WHY has it taken this long to get your acts together.? Many other airlines have been offering QUALITY business class for ages.
Actually, the Delta One suite of the A330-900 is better. Its a little bit longer than the A350-900 seat
Also the seat is a little wider on the A330 900 neo.

How much leg room? Do you have to cram your feet into a tiny spot?
They have a huge foot well and lay flat so you can sleep like your in a bed
Lolz if the seat work.
Does anyone buy these seats at face value, or are they all purchased by companies for their employees and TH-cam travel vloggers?😂
On long haul flight, its worth the upgrade. Esp on red eye flight. For 16+ hour flight etc. But domestic short trip is a waste of the upgrade
Agree. Delta's a great air carrier.

Yes, overhead space is an issue on these aircraft. They should put the center bins and air vents back in.

The only us airline that offers a real first class is American (and maybe JetBlue with the mint studio) which they are going to discontinue this year
