Look into his legal battle with Curb Records, it's a perfect example of what's wrong with Country music these days and what happens when money is valued over the quality and honesty of the music.
@@evanleedy1175 Well stated. Not a Sell Out. True to music. NOT a corporate machine. Making His money for HIM.
You appear to know a little about Hank 3. Leads me to believe you are a person of substance.
I still drink my coffee from a can, too.
@@robertstroud7561 I'd be lying if I was to say I'm not a huge fan of his. And I appreciate the compliment, but any substance that I have as a person has been given to me from the Lord. Hank 3's music definitely got me through some dark times, but it was through God that I was saved.
@@evanleedy1175 The Creator is the root of it all. If you follow the Creator, you follow a path with heart. A path with heart leads to love.
A path with heart leading to love leads to serenity. Even in the middle of the storm.
My Creator has been talking to me through music my entire life. Started with Porter Wagner's Skid Row Joe. My mom said she'd play it and I'd cry and ask to to play it again and promise not to cry and I would.
People like Hank 3 aren't musicians. Hank 3 is part of something way bigger than himself.
I'm just so Grateful I found the path I did when I was young. Maybe we'll run into each other one night at a show. Shows I go to tend to be held in clubs, not arenas.
@@robertstroud7561 I dig you sharing that little tidbit of your experience with music and appreciate it man. I believe that God gave us music, He didn't just give us the sound, but the ability to appreciate that sound as well. I truly believe that music is the purest form of human expression from one person to another... "Ball and Chain" by Social Distortion was where it all started for me...Great to see how music can bring folks together man🤘
For our great pleasure he overcame his heavy heritage to become one of the most underrated artist.
Great voice, I could listen to his music 🎶 🎵 all day long.this is true country music 🎶 🎵 ❤❤❤❤😊
Love HankIII just wish more people accepted him. This man is fabulous. He had his problems but has grown up.. Took responsibility and moved on. Listen to David Allen coe and Hank III song they did together.. Good stuff.
Thanks for bringing country music back. God bless you Hank..wishing you nothing but the best..
He sounds like Hank srr
Hope III is doing well. Haven't heard anything of him in probably 4 yrs or better.
Just love him, looks a bit like his grandfather and sings similar to him really great.
My god he’s so genuine 👏👏👏 a hat off to Dicky Betts! Stunning. Why isn’t this guy top of the line famous in C&W
My, Hank 3 sounds more like his grandpa more than his dad ever did. My parents loved Hank Sr & played his music all the time.
Think how awful it must be to be Jr. He came up in the industry being told 'You aint as good as your daddy', fought hard to establish his own individual identity.
Then, the son he abandoned shows up on the scene, and is hailed as the second coming of Hank with folks saying stuff like 'it must skip a generation'.
It's gotta sting just a bit.
This great apple fell from a great tree! He has a mighty fine voice and good talent!
Hank Williams lll love make his Grandfather's proud rock and roll forever & ever always remember memory Grand ole opry grandsons & granddaughters father mother uncles aunties brothers sisters
Wow, I got chills, and tears in my eyes listening to him!! He inherited all his grandpa's talent!!
He looks, talks and sings just like his grandfather.I hope he stays country.
Love everything Hank 3 does.
Hank III is way better than anything I hear on contemporary radio. I miss classic country.
gee, he looks and sings like his grandpa
bet his Grandpa will guide him , God willing hope he makes it ,
Big this is he never was in hall of fame . the 1st was black balled from nashville but the used his name .
@Bob Z try sticking a whistle on his nose.
@@waynesheehan9280 this was laye 90s. His grandpa led him to be the person he is...but it aint what you expected. He loves metal, drugs, and being a fucking idol to the fans
Just like his gramps
@@EllisHovey not after you took it out of your ass
County was still considered country in the 90s! Why on earth did he not ever make a hit? I mean outside of the crushed up cowboy hat he wears, I like everything else he’s doing! Maybe country music would still be considered country if we had a Hank Williams 3rd on the radio!
He really favors his grandpa & sounds a lot like him!
Just one more day, Awesome! No one sings this like Hank 3 I've been around 76 years and not even grandpa Hank sings it as good.
Sounds just like Hank senior!
This is real country.
We're so lucky to have been born almost 30 years after Hank died and see Hank3 and it looks just like, sounds like the King Hank.
Damn this young man has a great sound 👍👍
Gosh. What a cloan for his Grandpa!!! Cool.. I love it!!!
First time I have listened to this guy and he is really great IMO. Its a shame the local country stations do not play him .
He's too punk and not pop enough for "country" music these days
We should have much more of HW3. I wish he could fill his granddad's boots. We need more young artists in the traditional venue CFC
Hank lll is the best of country music today hands down.
