Bill Burr is, hands down, the best living comedian. His stand up has been consistently great, he's transcended careers and personal achievements AND he is one of the biggest advocates for up-and-coming comedians. 5 star
Watched Russel Peters once didn't really like his set of jokes, maybe weak subject matter, but here he is totally real and very funny. Since i found bill burr about 4 years ago he has risen to the top of my list as super funny for someone like me. Miss George Carlin but he lives on through you tube. This you tube video format is great, makes life worth living. Humor /music /documentaries /cartoons/intellectual stimulation, wow...! Even changing the brakes on my car with step by step visual instruction. It's worth it.

Tony Clifton isn't a real person - he's a character, initially made up and played by Andy Kaufman, but has been played by a few people over the years. He's also a 'heel', or what you'd call a troll nowadays. His whole routine is to be obnoxious, offensive, and get everyone to hate him. The other comedians probably (and Paul Provenza definitely) were in on it. That being said, I'm sure the whole thing was improved, though.
I grew up with Russell, in Bramalea. He was extremely funny even when a grade 3 substitute teacher asked him, "Whats in your mouth" and he replies "my tongue" as a 9 year old he had it than. I haven't seen him in about 15 years now, but he's doing pretty good for himself and that's alright!

He's also a 'heel', or what you'd call a troll nowadays. His whole routine is to be obnoxious, offensive, and get everyone to hate him. The other comedians probably (and Paul Provenza definitely) were in on it. That being said, I'm sure the whole thing was improved, though.

I grew up with Russell, in Bramalea. He was extremely funny even when a grade 3 substitute teacher asked him, "Whats in your mouth" and he replies "my tongue" as a 9 year old he had it than. I haven't seen him in about 15 years now, but he's doing pretty good for himself and that's alright!
