Sanju Samson needed that century to really make an impact, in a career that has shown plenty of promise so far, but just hasn't quite taken that next step. His latest knock, though, shows a new and reinvigorated Sanju, and one that, hopefully, will become a key member of India's T20I squad. I speak about him in this latest #TRUELearning, in Malayalam.

Sanju’s ecosystem needs such passionate advocacy due to the roller coaster ride in his career
Even in the 3rd #T20 match against Bangladesh,the so called experts/broadcasters were trying to find issues with his initial moment to take run & try to fix responsibility for the Abhishek Sharma run out in the 1sr #T20
When Sanju played so well,then our eternal expert said Sanju reminded him of one Samuelraj the Customs Officer at Mumbai Airport to his protege who got selected for New Zealand series in 1981 inspite of his suboptimal talent & cricketing skills (primary selection criteria being linkage/Mumbai Cricket bias)then but became a relatively decent Cricketer primarily because of his grit and then became really BIG as broadcaster/India Head coach primarily because of his exceptional ability to cosy up with the Bigwigs of BCCI and his innate ability to figure out who is the key decision maker of Indian Cricketing Ecosystem & suck up to such folks including Virat Kohli the Captain (such are the characters of Indian Cricketing Ecosystem)
Sanju is lucky to have found a home in #RajasthanRoyals which kept his career afloat apart from his talent
