I am signing up to Podcastle on my Mac using Firefox but I read a comment below that your website is only supported through Chrome. To clarify then, does this mean that no other browser is supported. And in the future, will Podcastle be supported through other browsers? I really don't want to use Chrome due to privacy issues. Thank you and I look forward to your reply!
Chrome is our supported browser at this time, though we plan to support additional browsers in the future. Feel free to reach out to support@podcastle.ai for additional information.
Please check out the instructions below on how to upload a previously recorded audio: help.podcastle.ai/en/articles/9904035-how-to-upload-an-audio-file
Keep in mind that Podcastle is best accessed via Google Chrome. We recommend switching over to Chrome if you aren't currently using it and reach out to support@podcastle.ai for additional support.
Yes! Within the recording studio, we have a built-in teleprompter for exactly this need. Check out the article below for more information on the teleprompter: help.podcastle.ai/en/articles/8851440-using-the-teleprompter
@@podcastleai- thanks! The article was very helpful. However, is the teleprompter capability available with all of the packages or only select packages. I wasn’t able to determine from the list of benefits for each pricing tier. Thanks 😊
@@midlifemavericks The teleprompter is available in all of our pricing tiers. We also are offering a free 7-day trial for our annual plans. Check out podcastle.ai/pricing for additional details.
Great question! “Project” refers to a standalone audio or video file created within Podcastle. “Recording” refers to an audio and/or video recording that was recorded from within Podcastle’s virtual Recording Studio.
It's definitely on our list! :) You can absolutely use the tutorial above to assist with recording audio books using your Podcastle account! And feel free to reach out to support@podcastle.ai if you run into any questions along the way. We can't wait to hear what you create!
Hey there! Your guests do not need to download the app and sign in! As long as they access the studio link via a Google Chrome browser, they will be able to join without signing in or creating an account.
@@Romero_Meyer Great question. Our web platform is only supported on desktop or laptop computers through the Chrome browser. For mobile devices, we have our iOS app, which is for iPhones only. An Android app is in the works, hopefully to be released soon! 🚀
Have you tried Podcastle to edit your podcast? What questions do you have?
If Podcastle is so great, why can't Android users use it as well?
@@BecauseWhyNot660 We do not currently have an Android app, but it is on our roadmap and we hope to release one in the future! 🚀
Wonderfully helpful videos! Can I submit the podcast to more than one streaming service? If so, can it be done all at the same time?
Absolutely! Check out our video titled "FREE Hosting & Publishing in ONE CLICK" for instructions

My question is: Does Podcastle have the option to use a teleprompter within the app / platform to help guide the flow of your content…

What is the difference between a Project and a Recording? I think of them as the same thing.

So. It’s not possible to do the whole edition process in the app
Great question! For the best experience, we recommend editing your recording within a Chrome browser.
A big barrier has been remote guests needing to download the app and sign-in. Many guests don't want to go through that hassle.
