When I exported/downloaded my video, several of the text additions and a couple sections of the subtitles were all jacked up/overlapping when I viewed it before uploading to YT. I couldn’t figure out how to fix this as it looked fine in Podcastle. Thoughts? So happy to hear about transitions and the clipmaker coming!

I have created 18 podcasts using PodCastle and while the billing configuration has always been atrocious the current backend upgrade has rendered the SaaS unusable. The Service desk is never available and while they do try to assist when engaged the recent problem which is intermittent dropouts during playback appears insuperable for them. 10 days in and no resolution in site. I am a former senior IT executive and I will review several other options. Its disappointing as I really got the hang of the software and was enjoying working with it.

I have a pro account right now, but when go to edit videos i do not have half the options shown in this video. I do not have half the tabs on the left, the audio is not shown below, and the size is in the to[ center. Is there a ay to get to the video editing software/options promoted in this video?

What happened to the user friendly options podcastle offered? In the last 2 weeks, I can no longer choose the options to put my video and my guests video "side by side" with the click of a button, the video backgrounds options are gone and we have been using the pink and green background with all of our videos so now the look and feel of our podcast and brand is completely different. It seems everything that drew us to podcastle was taken away with this recent "update" and what was previously incredibly simple is now geared toward those with more advanced tech knowledge and those like myself who were looking for the user friendly podcasting option (and thought they'd found it in podcastle) are left to "figure it out".... This has made it a huge struggle for us since the update and is very frustrating. Was there no way to leave the basic features while ADDING the new updated advanced options? So that both markets of customers are taken care of? The podcastle we knew and loved seems to have disappeared in the blink of an eye. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated!! Thank you in advance!

I have a paid subscription of podcastle do you have the frame system recording in podcastle?

The first app does the job however it doesn’t use the image stabilization in the native iPhone camera app. Quick fix in CapCut or Adobe Premiere

Podcastle hasn't been working properly for 4 days now (since the 6 hours the site was down for maintenance). Is there any update about this bug?

Yes, I have a question. When I clip, sometimes I get a pop. I've tried the magic dust, but that didn't remove the pop/click, so I did some research and found out that a crossfade will remove that. Seems like Podcastle doesn't have this? It is a game changer to stay with Podcastle or go to another program that can remove pops/clicks. Can you help with this? I've made the suggestion to remove the cache, too. Thanks!

I have tried several times to record remotely with a guest, but both times, the system kept kicking my guest out. Making it difficult to maintain a natural flow and ultimately having to use a different route to complete the interview. I paid for the year "Storyteller". Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
