In samsung you dont need any dialer, it has default dialer and for oppo, realme, one plus and vivo you can use Odialer which is default dialer which is created by oppo

I ve been using true phone as my dialer for like 6 or 7 yrs.. And now its not in play store.. 😔😔 dont know what happened.. It was the most comprehensively editable dialer app where you can decide each and every aspect of the dialer.. Like wat ewch touch does.. Color of each pane.. Size of each button.. Sze of characters.. Answering styles.. Incoming call screens.. Buttons on call screen... And wat not.. Its a huge miss now..
