    Actor Chadwick sir looked like a atheletic body. Defineitly he did exercise then he get a cancer.

      @Mr.Beant both physical exercise and diet matter but also it's the type of exercise you do. Best way is to increase your VO2 Max (cardio, look it up !!) your strength (increased muscle tone and mass) and mobility, balance etc.
      I've done a lot of research in this, you should check it out

    Can, can can does it mean that it does? Anything can, drinking beer everyday CAN also lower the risk of cancer but does it really?

    Is cancer attacks anyone?. Is there have any solution to 100% no risk of cancer?

      no of course not and it's also connected to your genetics but exercise and a good diet is a good way to reduce the risk of cancer and you also feel great !
