  • Cancer is a scary and serious diagnosis. As a two-time cancer survivor himself, Dr. Stephen Kopecky, M.D., Preventative Cardiologist at @MayoClinic, shares his story about beating cancer twice, as well as what you can do to prevent - or at least reduce your risk - of developing cancer. This includes:
*Getting proper nutrition and eating a healthy diet
    *Staying physically active
    *Wearing sunblock when outdoors
    *Avoiding smoking
    *Avoiding excessive alcohol consumption
    *Maintaining a healthy weight
*Avoiding behaviors that elevate cancer risk (such as sharing needles and not practicing safe sex)
    *Staying updated on vaccinations
    *Maintaining regular checkups

And another doctor here on youtube named Dr Seyfried says keto prevents cancer. Infact there is a colon cancer survivor that was given months to live but is alive today as according to him he listened to that doctor then went keto and then transitioned into a carnivore diet which he says played a huge part in his survival.

The idea that good sleep has no impact on cancer is pretty bold and probably not true. During sleep, the rate at which your body cleans up cancer cells increases, so more sleep probably means less cancer.
I haven’t done the research on this one, but it’s common sense. At some point you have to take some things for granted.

I agree with you. He says that there are no evidence showing that sleep or stress affect/increase cancer, what he says is purely informational and may simply tells about our actual knowledge (if it is true). I believe it's not because we don't have a scientific evidence about something that it means this thing doesn't exist or is false. Mathematical axioms can't be proven but we have faith in them everyday when we take a plane or when we use machines to monitor patients in a hospital. Moreover it's not because there's no evidence yet that there will be no evidence found in the future.

Look up Dr. Matthew Walker from the UK,world leading sleep expert. Lack of sleep has one of the largest affects in all cause mortality. It's very bad to get poor sleep. Poor sleep is connected to cancers, strokes, heart disease and more.

One night of no sleep isn't gonna increase your chance of cancer. Multiple days of no sleep will though

only red meat and all pro processed meat. You can eat freely any meat, fish but try to avoid eating every day red meat. 1-2 time in a week is totally good.

@@ShayProductions1 To be honest it is all about body, and how strong you are. If you won't get vitamins, nutritions you will get cancer with no reason. I know people who eat junk food, smoking 75 year's and stronger than any young person. I learned that your body needs all vitamin's and if immune system going down you will get Cancer.
