They'd probably agree with you lol. The strength of South Park, and Matt & Trey in general, is the strength of the writing, not the range of voices on display.
Seth has the range. You can’t tell some of his characters are voiced by the same person. Matt and Trey theirs are mostly their own but pitched up or done with a funky way. However they do have family guy beat in writing but I’m pretty sure Seth has been out of the writers room for years so can’t blame him for that. South Park is the GOAT though
