The manifestation of Hope Blue Lanterns use is similar to the Force in Star Wars. The Light Side specifically. Hope strengthens Will. That is why it super charges the Green Lanterns. It is Hope that brings out peace, the inner peace.
Not only do Blue Lanterns strengthen Green Lanterns due to Hope bolstering Willpower, Hope also dulls rage and anger, suppressing the power of Red Lanterns. While Razer was spending time with the Blue Lanterns, his powers were generally unusable; he couldn't even use his ring to fly. It wasn't until he got dealt a *massive* surge of sudden rage that he was able to use his ring again in the heat of the moment. Sort of explains how, and can we discuss this for a moment, *SAINT WALKER PUNCHED OUT A WARSHIP.* Just... straight up punched it and it stopped functioning.
And of the 7 main Lantern Corps (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet) Blue is the most powerful, but unless a Blue Lantern is in the presence of a Green Lantern, all he can do is fly and create the protective aura, because Hope is useless without Willpower.
If Mr. Krabs was in the DCU he would be one of the most powerful being in the universe. He would have so much greed in him that the orange lantern ring would increase his power level so much.
My favorite moment is before he becomes a Blue Lantern. He’s on his knees, confused as to why Moho would send him on this journey only to fail. But he didn’t give up all because he had the one thing that can inspire others to keep on living even when everything is all wrong: hope. The hope that everything is going to be alright in the end.
I imagine Batman might be capable of using either Yellow or Green, but neither Ring would ever choose him; being strong in both causes both to reject him due to how opposed the two are.
You know there was a cover of a comics that batman was almost recruited for the sinestro corp for instilling fear but he overpowered the ring with will power.
This show was the best. Problem was marketing from the live action movie. That's why it was cancelled. But HBO is making a green lantern series so there's hope

I believe the comics said that with hope a person had more will to do something but in theory you could will to do something without hope because you can chose to continue fighting, and go out fighting just for the sake of it even when you know you'll never succeed. It's weirdly irrational but makes sense why green lanterns are more powerful with blue lanterns but can work on their own But hope it itself is weak without the will to do something ( e.g you aren't really hoping to do better if you aren't willing to do it) which is why blue lanterns are far less capable on their own
Middle school days man. I was so lonely and when I came from school I just plopped on my bed and watched re runs of this, everyday. I wished so hard that I had friends but I was an outcast. I just wanted to be part of this universe where I could be a green lantern hero and do cool stuff and made alien friends and stuff. It was really bad, I kept developing my own imaginary friends like I was little again and it continued into my late teens. It follows me into adulthood when I get really stressed out I talk to my imaginary friends from middle school and it's very soothing and sometimes I prefer my imaginary friends over people I love irl. I'll just go somewhere private and 'talk' to them and I usually feel a lot better. I have friends now thankfully but I like keeping in touch with my old 'friends'.

Gorr the God Butcher and Saint Walker do share a lot of similarities with one another, as well as a similar design to one another, but I think the thing that makes them so different is their origins as theey both lost the people they love because of their reliance on Gods and a higher power, and while Gorr lost all faith and vowed vengeance, Saint Walker never lost faith and chose to enlighten others about the beauty and importance of hope.

For sum reason this scene reminds me of moses in the bible when moses climb Sinai mountain and talk to God and give him 10 commandments for children of Israel.
There are many options for a season 3 and many bad guys to chose from. The logical choice is the Yellow Lanterns but we can also have the Indigo lantern core, the Reach and eventually we can have the Black Lanterns as the final villains of the series.

I am an all truly to have grown up in a time when there was great media like this there was hope. When I think of Hollywood today they can't give us great things like this I was literally cheering while watching this small clip because that's what good media does it makes you want to see the character succeed not be like contemplating oh my God why did I waste my money. I am in my early thirties but watching this made me feel like I was 12 and life was good and my heroes were truly fighting on the side of justice and freedom and hope for all. A CGI cartoon. That's why it looks a little strange. This was made the same way a movie like Toy Story or Wall-e.

There are many options for a season 3 and many bad guys to chose from. The logical choice is the Yellow Lanterns but we can also have the Indigo lantern core, the Reach and eventually we can have the Black Lanterns as the final villains of the series.

I am an all truly to have grown up in a time when there was great media like this there was hope.
When I think of Hollywood today they can't give us great things like this I was literally cheering while watching this small clip because that's what good media does it makes you want to see the character succeed not be like contemplating oh my God why did I waste my money.
I am in my early thirties but watching this made me feel like I was 12 and life was good and my heroes were truly fighting on the side of justice and freedom and hope for all.

I'd either be Green, Blue, or Yellow.
