in the comics: when Walker's home planet was in danger of their sun dying, he and his family took a journey of enlightenment to find a savior. His family died along the way, but when he reached the top of the mountain, he found Ganthet and Sayd's first blue lantern ring, becoming the savior his family died to find. In the cartoon: the red lanterns did it.
There's no pressure point like that in RL (i.e. nothing that temporarily paralyzes the whole body with a quick tap - if there was, every self-defense class would be teaching it). Worse still, pressure points are wildly unreliable: they don't work on everyone the same way. One person might feel excruciating pain while another might just feel a slight tingly sensation, and there's no way to know until you try it on them. And as you might guess, it really sucks to find out that your opponent falls into the latter camp in the middle of a fight.
Definitely true that anger can be born from fear or despair but it can also be it's own original emotion. Rage can also stem from lack of happiness itself or from sheer annoyance. When a person becomes annoyed it's actually very mild anger that slowly or rapidly grows until released. Usually though it is just a secondary emotion that usually stems from another. Depression, hate, etc.
I love saint walker, and blue more than red and rage, but if this was real mad razor then he would have won. No one in this series can mess with really raged razor (red eyes not smokey red eyes)
wonder who would win the trolling contest between saint walker, uncle iroh, obi wan kenobi, & yoda. saint walker is constantly schooling razor with his trolling & dodges including the pressure point poke. blue is supposed to mean hope, saint walker did refer to razor as brother, & the 2nd blue lanturn was introduced as a brother so in a way they are kind of like monks. blue cancels red like yellow cancels green. saint walker is able to remain calm while razor has a tantrum & defeats him skillfully trolling him at the same time. he knows how to be criptic while knowing that he's not meant to be a green lanturn by saying that he walks a different path. saint walker during the fight with razor tends to give advice during the fight while remaining calm, collected, & well balanced like walking along a tree trunk thats falling down without sliding. saint walker's jumps are quite impressive at a time when he doesn't yet have his power ring. also happens to be skilled in passive fighting by dodging attacks before going for the pressure jab. bet saint walker could teach razor how to troll others during a fight maybe even teach him the pressure point jab technique. likely razor still feels guilt over that 1 green lanturn's death by looking at the green lanturn ring. perhaps saint walker somehow knows about the black lanturns prior to gaining a lanturn ring or meeting razer himself by saying quote ''there's a storm coming brother & the qalaxy will need everyone of strong & true heart to survive''.
I seriously hope that in this show, where much has been changed (i.e. red lanterns don't die when they take off their rings, and actually have minds and reason), they also make blue lanterns less dependent on green lanterns for power.

Anger only doesn't lead to hate if it soothed before it does. You can grow angry at those you'll love, but you either forgive them and let the anger subside, lash out hurting those you love, or let the anger fester. Anger can be justified, but that doesn't make it right, that makes it understandable, even healthy, but never right. Anger is definitely not the sole root of hate, envy and greed do the job just as well. And if someone kills someone I love, you bet I'll hate them out of anger.
Think about it from the POV of the production crew. They're on a small budget with a small amount of time; making his head tail shorter than it is in the comics makes it easier for production while keeping the character's identity in tact; thus they can work on other things. It would take a lot longer to model, rig, texture, and animate a longer head tail. It would be totally unnecessary. It's pretty obvious, even with a shorter tail, that this is Saint Walker :)

Aya had sacrificed herself to stop the Manhunters once and for all. Razer had decided that she wasn't truly gone, that she still existed somewhere. Hal and Kilowag tried to get him to accept the fact that she was gone, but he was adamant that she was out there and he was going to find her. After he flew off into space to begin his search, a Blue Lantern ring rose into view and then flew after him. We never actually got to see him as a Blue Lantern, but the implication was clear.
I really liked this fight. Still, I don't think they could EVER do Blackest Night. If they couldn't do rage lanterns vomiting blood, there's no way they could do zombies rising up and eating people's hearts.

At first I thought this show was going to be the dumbest and most pathetic series to come out of Cartoon Network and the DC Universe... Then Saint Walker comes in and just made this show so amazing. By god his awesomeness makes this show amazing.

I was really looking forward to seeing Razor become a Blue Lantern of hope in his search of Aya.
