There is one where you can get into the ship (make sure you have Salem) do the same thing to get under the map then call the Salem and while under the map place a marker to go to the old syndicate location and then once you go there you need to fly up until you see the trees above the map then fly up a bit more until you see black turn around and you will see the ship then go under the ship fly up in certain parts of it until you can see your head in the ship then get off the Salem bam you are on the ship but you have access to everything you usually would
they forgot the eater egg in the Zero cool mission. when you progress though the mission a bit Kinzie will say "let me try something". then if you pay attention to what she is typing in the console commands she'll type '' initiate order 66 witch is a reference Star wars's famous line "execute order 66'' in witch the clone army kill almost all the Jedi.

I love SRIV but it works more like a SR3 DLC or expansion then a "new game"... Even the superpowers was teased in the SR3 DLC... The map is simply the same, they didn't even change some easter eggs location... I played SRIV first and SR3 after, when I played the third I found me a little disappointed or frustated because The Third is more close to SR1 and 2, the cars are usefull, have the gangs, the shooting mechanics are great... It's a perfect balance of jokes and solid gameplay... SR IV is extremely fun, but was transformed in a "Scary Movie" type of humor with extremely overpowered character and repetitive minigames and secondary missions... Only night city until you finish the story, and this is annoying... I think the GTA V comparisons in the comments are really, really, really POINTLESS because SRIV is more close to Prototype/Crackdown/SunsetOverdrive then GTA V... And let's be honest here, please, in only 42hs you complete 100% of SRIV + DLCs + Achievements/Trophies and the only thing that's left is the cheat codes, whored mode and the free roam... That's far away from the +100hs needed to complete 100% of GTA V story mode with hundred of missions totally different from each other + the GTA Online where you can create your own character to do more then 200 default missions, and totally free monthly DLCs with new sets of weapons, vehicles, clothes... Things that Saints Row IV abuse of, with pointless PAID weapons/clothes/vehicles DLCs... no one shows the Play Global ThermoNuclear war easter egg in the Matt Miller section of the game when the command codes are being put in when the tank that you are driving dissapears. If you don't believe me look for yourself, you will find that and many other easter eggs.
